Poor customer service. I requested an estimate 2 weeks ago and i have yet to receive even though i was told that id have an estimate the same day. We called and got a quick response and a reasonable quote the same day after emailing over a few photos of the 3 dripping spots in our attic (see photos). The windows on our house badly needed to be replaced, and if we were ever going to do anything about the rest of the exterior (or house had beaten up aluminum siding over brick for some weird reason) it made sense to do it at the same time. We had saved up for a couple years for the work but were worried it was still out of our price range. Window contractors wouldn't do the carpentry on the sills, remodelers said the job was too small, and I didn't want to give such a precise job to a handyman. Very prompt and responsive through the whole process, from getting a quote, to making sure I was always informed of when people were coming, when our ordered glass was coming, etc. They also remained true to their quote, which as someone who has worked with many contractors before, I know is rare. We thought we had a leakage problem in just a few windows, and they did a thorough assessment to not only identify the problem (rotting wood frames) but also noticed several other windows with the same issue and recommended replacing as a preventative measure - and they were absolutely right.
