We purchased our home 3 years ago and knew we needed new windows due to the draft we would get during the winter. After putting it off for 3 years we reached out to quite a few companies to get bids for the windows. We met Brian, the President of the company when he personally came to our home to offer their services, history of the company and did s thorough walk through of all windows. We knew instantly we wanted to go eith him based on his no fluff personality. He was a straight shooter and not once attempted to up-sell the products. As a matter of fact we ended up going with the "Prodigy" window which is what Brian himself has in his home. The Prodigy is the low/mid range price with a wonderful aesthetic. Fast forward 4 weeks later and we have new windows! A two man crew came out to do our widows and it took them all day. Literally ALL DAY. 10 hours to replace 12 windows. They worked their butts off and made sure to clean up after themselves. We are so very pleased with our windows so much so we went out that night to celebrate. When the waiter asked what we were celebrating, my wife and I simultaneously said "New windows!!" Haha. Oh adulting. Unicorp has my highest of recommendations. We reached out to Unicorp for a quote on windows. When David came out for the quote, I doubled-down and asked for a quote on roofing, trim and gutters as well. He spent plenty of time with us, discussed our options, time frames, color choices/recommendations and realistic expectations for the job. After meeting with David, we felt confident that Unicorp would meet our needs. We signed a contract for everything - windows, roofing, trim and gutters. The roof was the first be installed. Tear off and install happened over 2 days. The crew was early and courteous. They did a wonderful job! There was actually one young man who spent a TON of time walking around just looking for nails. They even used a magnet bar to help look for nails in the landscaping. In fact, since they were here, we've only found 3-4 nails. The roof looks AMAZING, and the work was done efficiently and neatly! They even added in a ridge vent that was non-existent before, and ensured that everything was exactly how we wanted it. Roof was installed 3-4 weeks after contract, which was the time quoted at time of signing contract. Next to go was the trim (which lasted 2 days), then followed by gutters the next day. The trim - wow, wow, wow...next to the new color of the roof? ...wow, wow, wow... We went from an ugly reddish brown to black roof with white trim and bronze colored gutters. Classically beautiful to completely renovate and update our home - which was previously fairly monochromatic - red brown roof, brown gutters, brown windows and brick...ugh. Trim and gutter guys were in and out and I could see the project coming to fruition! Trim and gutters went on the week after the roof. The last stage of the process was the windows. I thought I was impressed up to this part...but the windows...oh, the windows. OH THE WINDOWS!!!!!!!!! Holy gorgeous windows!! We can't stop looking at/through them! So well made. So nice. We signed up for the casements, and the are just fantastic. The hardware is nice, the handles fold in, and the opening slides smoothly. They actually had a window install cancellation, so we got these in the week after the trim and gutters. Install happened in one day. No mess was left, the installers were courteous and professional and I came home to amazingly beautiful windows. Of import, I can and did notice a huge difference immediately in the air movement in the home , or lack thereof as it was. I also have noticed that the home feels tighter, and there is no doubt they will be substantially more energy efficient than what we had! I didn't keep exact dates, but I believe full performance on the contract occurred between 6-7 weeks of contract. We could not be any happier! Unicorp is a great company to work with. About two years ago Unicorp replaced the roof of our house at the recommendation of a neighbor. Because we had a very positive experience with this company I contacted Brian (one of the owners) a few months ago to replace all the windows, a sliding door and the front door. He came to my house more than once and we had several conversations about the pros and cons of window styles and front door design. I changed my mind a few times but ultimately I went with Brian's recommendations. The result was excellent! The windows and doors are beautiful and of high quality, and they were installed to perfection. My house is now much more energy efficient than it used to be and it looks great. Also, I was very pleased with the caring and professional attitude of all of those in the company that I had to deal with. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly and to my satisfaction. Beautiful, meticulous work on windows and siding. We engaged Unicorp after getting several bids for windows and siding. Brian Weil, the owner, came and showed several photos of the work done previously, and we checked out other neighbors who had used Unicorp before to hear their views before deciding. Everything came back positive, and Unicorp was the only company authorized to install Hardieplank products, so we went with them. Price was very competitive on quote, but we noticed an immediate difference in the service at the sales approach. Our only wish was that it did not take so long to get windows made, but what can you do? it is what it is. it also took a little while to get the Hardieplank as we ordered the specific colored product. So we waited the 6 or so weeks that it took to manufacture the windows and siding. Sadly, the weather did not cooperate with us the first few days of installation, and they cannot work in the rain. But once the weather cleared the siding went up quickly. The windows also went in quickly. The regular double hung windows took 1 day. We had some special orders (new sliding glass door and 3 very large unique windows the required a lot of carpentry) and those took a day each. We were very pleased that nothing was rushed with those installations and everything came out looking fantastic. I tried to add a picture to this review to show how good the siding and windows look - hope they are visible. Bottom line - highly recommend Unicorp for others. read more

UNICORP recently replaced 29 windows, including 1 casement and 1 large sliding glass door at our residence. To say that were are pleased with the final product is a great understatement. The company owner, Brian, made the initial visit to our home and he is very personable, professional, highly knowledgeable and very passionate about the product he sells. The installation crew, led by Paul, was outstanding. They were highly skilled, attentive to the smallest detail, very easy to have in our home, AND did a great final cleanup. No trash or debris anywhere. The actual windows are amazing. High-quality, custom made, and reasonably priced. Particularly noteworthy is the significant reduction of outside noise. The screens are barely noticeable which makes for a big visual improvement. For higher cost projects we routinely obtain 3 estimates before moving forward. In this instance, we followed our gut, and went with the first company, Unicorp, cancelled appointments with 2 other companies. Not our usual approach, but our intuition served us well.
