Doesn't stick to their commitments. They agreed to a job about a month out. Said they were familiar with the property and conditions and had no concerns. However, they bailed on their agreement at the last minute in favor of easier jobs. Roads are clear and dry; conditions haven't changed since the agreement, just the company's priorities. This was just before winter started, making it difficult to find a backup, so they left us high and (not so) dry. Additional details: They bailed on the job and REFUSED to reschedule to ANY new date or time, despite our pleading. Our appointment was well after an early winter storm. Any evidence of the storm was well gone by the time our appointment rolled around. Nonetheless, the company disingenuously used that storm as an excuse to reshuffle their commitments. We ended up finding somebody else who performed the job safely and professionally the following week. read more

Returned from vacation to find the septic line was backing up. Called AAA and Steve arrived 30 minutes later Wow! He was friendly and knowledgeable and had our line cleared 20 minutes later. Price was fair and the job well done. His parting words were "you're good to GO"Bet he uses that line a lot Definitely recommend this company. read more

Gina with AAA was OUTSTANDING! We needed to have our septic system inspected in preparation for selling our home. We needed our original 1986 State permit to inspect the system. We did not have a copy of the permit. I submitted my search request with the State Environmental Department and three days later received an email stating that no permit was found and it appeared our septic system was never permitted. We called AAA and Gina gave us a cost of $2,400 to conduct an inspection on a "non-permitted septic system" since we did not have permit. Gina then offered to search the State's data base for our 1986 permit. Within 2 hours of our conversation with Gina, she called us back and said she found our original permit. Apparently, the State filed the permit under the block and lot number and not in our name. Gina saved us over $1,800 by offering to research the State's data base. Great customer service!!!!!!!! AAA is coming out the end of May to pump the tanks and inspect the system. Gina is a life saver ! read more

Terrific, timely service by polite and efficient service team who know their business. They answered my questions, provided good recommendations and finished pumping my system quickly. They had to replace some flagstones removed to access the tank, and left everything in good shape. Gina in the office was friendly and helpful as well. Steven is awesome! He gave us prompt and thorough service, however the secretary Gina (aka company gatekeeper) eventually refused service to us after sending us the job contract AND after I returned a signed contract to AAA apparently because she was irritated by my follow up questions. She seemed offended that I was getting impatient after being promised a proposal for work needed since my March 16th service. It was a bizarre series of interactions. I am not sure what I said to put her off of working for us. It's sad because I am very loyal to the companies that do work for us. I suspect that Gina is a passive-aggressive person. She is definitely someone who will get very agitated if you expect timely and accurate follow through, or if you ask any questions about the whereabouts of a contract that has "been on its way for over 2 weeks" or if you have questions a job proposal "read the contract" she said. She also declined my request to meet with the owner to do a walk-through before the crew arrives to dig a new leach field and she might have (although I can't be sure) not given my message to the owner to call me-I am still waiting for him to call me since last week. This crew was just excellent start to finish. They arrived on time and quickly discovered my septic tank access (I didn't know where it was). They made me familiar with exactly what they were going to do to pump my tank and kept me informed as they progressed. Both these gentlemen were knowledgeable, hard working and polite. They were friendly on the phone but they do not accommodate emergencies in any way. Try another septic company if you have an emergency. I was told 'we are booked out for the week'. It's unfortunate they cannot provide this service as the other reviews looked positive. read more
