Good service, but the office does not respect tenants - be aware. No vendor should arrive onsite without minimum 24 hours notice. Although I expressed repeatedly that the land owner lives out of state, and that all scheduling should go through me, they showed up un-announced on site and behaved rudely and did not ever apologize when I asked why. Know your rights as a tenant, and be aware that you need to be very clear with this vendor. read more

A few months ago I hired this company to replace a 40 gal hot water heater in one of my rental units, when I was younger I replaced this size water heater myself fo less than $1000. Ya labor isn't cheap and it shouldn't be, and every thing is more expensive after Covid. but these guys charged me $7700. That's SEVEN THOUSAND hard earned dollars for a water heater you can buy retail at Home Depot for $800. THAT is just a sick rip off .It gives a bad name to JESUS and hard working plumbers everywhere. This company is made up of incompetent, filthy thieves. We engaged them to replace a furnace at our home. They ordered the wrong one, which we had waited 6 weeks for. And then they ordered the right now, another 6 weeks. We ended up in a hotel many nights with no heat. The workers left a mess of garbage and filth. They ruined a large wool carpet. They severely damaged the concrete threshold to our historic home. I tried to contact the company 3X times, and spoke 2X times with an extremely rude "Krista," who said they would not pay for the carpet cleaning nor the concrete damage. No reason given. I wrote three request letters, and then sent a registered letter, which was refused / not responded to. Unfortunately for them I have to sue them for the carpet and repairs. That's going to court now I have NEVER worked with a bigger bunch of crooks and rude jerks. TOTAL disregard for their customers' concerns. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY!!! Right now, they don't give a flying f what their customers think because they have plenty of work. But that will change. Mainly, it's infuriating that they don't have the simple common decency to response to customer's request that they fix what they broke. PS: None of the workers wore masks, in open violation of NM law. read more

Sloppy service, overcharging. $461 to replace one zone valve for a boiler that they diagnosed quickly as the problem. They charged a 100% mark up on the part PLUS $180 an hour to go get it as it was not on the truck even though they were told they were coming to fix a boiler that would not turn off and this is a common Honeywell part. I live within Santa Fe city limits. The invoice neither listed the part, the time they spent nor which valve was replaced out of the 6 on the boiler. This was after I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the previous visit when they sent a plumber who "fixed" the wrong thing because he did not listen and could not diagnose the problem of hot water getting into the cold lines. I called, emailed and wrote a letter to the owner who never called me as I requested. I have been their customer for 6 years but never again. read more

Horrible! I used them twice because my regular plumber was too busy and referred me to Anytime. First time - long stories short - I had a major leak after they left. I called the worker and he told me that it wasn't his fault. ( of course, it was!). I then spoke with the owner who sent another worker to fix it. I now have black mould in the tank! Second time, also because my preferred plumber was busy and again referred me to Anytime, I needed a new toilet in my other bathroom. When he left, the toilet was rocking! Again, I called and another worker came and caulked around the bottom. It doesn't rock now, but the "caulking " looks like it might be deteriorating. And the seat is askew. Yikes! read more

Had to pay the obscene emergency rate which starts at 4:30 because no one returned my call from earlier in the day until 4:25. It's hard not to see that as intentional. Though they claimed it was because there was no availability earlier, as soon as the higher rate started someone was able to come by. Additionally, though the workers were nice- they wasted an hour trying to find clean outs rather than accessing via the roof (which is what they ended up doing.) I was also not warned that sewage could burst up my pipes- so had to deal with raw sewage on my belongings. And the cherry on the cake is that I when my card was charged a week after the service (though they insisted on taking my written credit card number on an invoice at the time of service which would be charged later), I was charged significantly more than was on my receipt with no explanation. read more

They were on time, very friendly, did an amazing job replacing & repairing a true nightmare caused by a very destructive Gen. Contractor (destroyer) I foolishly hired a while back. Anytime was terrific. I called this morning. They sent two terrific guys--Walter Brown and Fernando Hernandez--almost immediately. Walter and Fernando came fully equipped with cameras, snakes, ladders (to inspect roof vent) and expertise to go into the crawl space and up on the roof. They were thorough, efficient and very professional. The travel charge to Abiquiu hurt, I won't lie, and this was a pricey proposition, but after trying two other plumbers (and paying for work that didn't produce a solution) and calling many more, I will be coming back to Anytime anytime I have an issue! read more

I wish had read reviews first! Then I'd have known not to deal with these crooks. Came over to fix a clog, left with the water pressure out of whack. Called to remedy this, no remedy, but got a hefty bill for doing nothing. When my 84 year old father told them he wasn't going to pay the bill until it was fixed properly, he was told that they were going to ruin his credit! For one thing, that's not a way to treat customers, and for another, read the room, pal! An 84 year old grandpa doesn't need good credit. Unfortunately Tim was hired by neighbor to do work that involved working on my property. Workers were a bit up respectful and took over the garage. Never let me know when they were done, left garage open when leaving. No communication. They would answer when I asked, but not forth coming on work. I am in a 2 unit HOA and there should be 100% transparency. Worst part the work they did left my garage unusable. When asked when they would correct it, they said it wasn't a priority. Shady business dealings with neighbor and trying to split Bill other than according to HOA rules. I question at least their ethics if not their work as well. Apart from some initial confusion, these folks were great. We had a recirculation pump fail on our baseboard/radiant heat and it was still getting cold at night, so getting heat back was pretty important. I called a lot of places, but everyone was booking 2-3 weeks out, which would be a chilly couple of weeks. When I called Anytime, the phone person asked me a lot of questions, name, phone number, email, have we been to your place before, and what I really wanted to know was their availability. Finally, she got to that, and it might be 3 weeks out! And she wanted my credit card info before they would even refer me to the scheduler. I actually laughed, and said, "No, I don't do that when I don't even know when the appointment would be!" She had Amy call me back, who scheduled us for the next day(!) and no mention of the credit card. The guys showed up, fixed everything in about 2 hours, including the recirculation pump and the root cause, which was a fast fill valve. The system was VERY low on water, and the recirculation pump had destroyed itself as a consequence. They were quick, competent, polite and I recommend them. So, one star off for the initial confusion, and I just don't think it's okay to ask for credit card info before you even schedule an appointment.....makes me feel like I'm trying to get a table at Geronimo's on Mother's Day, or something. Do NOT use this plumber!! Our tankless hot water heater (Noritz brand) gave out. We called Anytime Plumbing, and they sent out a technician who spent time on the phone with the tech support of the manufacturer, ordered some parts (covered by warranty,) and then returned a few days later when the parts came and installed them. He charged us $100.00 per hour for 6 hours plus tax: $642.75 which we immediately paid. It worked, but it still wasn't working consistently, so we called Anytime again. This time Tim, the owner of Anytime, came out. Tim remained at our house and tinkered with the hot water heater for a while longer while talking on the phone with the manufacturer's tech support, and ordered some more parts. At that point, he left. By this time the hot water heater had stopped working altogether! We also lost confidence in Tim, his company Anytime ,and the Noritz water heating manufacturing company! So we called in a different plumbing company (Aranda) to install a new tankless heater (Navien brand.) This has worked out OK. The very next day, we received by email a second bill from Anytime Plumbing for $632.04 representing Tim's time at $100.00 per hour plus tax. Although the water heater still worked when Tim arrived; it was completely dead by the time he left. Nevertheless, we have paid the second bill. At this point, we have paid almost $1300.00 to Anytime Plumbing-- ($1274.78) -- and have received nothing in return --except a completely broken hot water heater which has cost us over $4000.00 to replace with a new one. read more

They don't offer any guarantee on their work whatsoever. A guy came out and supposedly fixed our hot water heater. They charged us $642. We felt we were overcharged for the labor because the guy they sent spent the entire time on the phone with Noritz, the maker of the hot water heater, getting instructions because he didn't know what he was doing. Three days later it was acting up again. The owner, Tim, came over and spent hours on the phone with Norvitz which of course was at our expense. When he left [Friday], not only had he not fixed it, it was broken completely. He left us with no hot water at all. He said he'd send us some estimates for fixing the old one with [more] new parts and also one for taking it out and replacing it with a brand new one. He contacted us again and left a voice mail late Monday afternoon...That left us without hot water for 3 days. At that point, we had lost all confidence in Anytime Plumbing. We called another plumbing company and they arrived early Tuesday morning and put in a new hot water heater. Meanwhile, we got another invoice from Anytime. This time for $632 for the second visit in which Tim did absolutely nothing except break the already ailing unit completely. Not only did we get charged a total of nearly $1,300 for NOTHING, except completely breaking the hot water heater, we also seriously question the name of this concern. "Anytime" doesn't really mean "anytime " when they left us with no hot water for 3 days. Obviously "anytime" doesn't include weekends. It's a catchy but meaningless name. And here's something else that's galling. They wear T-shirts with a Bible quote on them. Ditto their trucks. Despite the pretense, these people are NOT good Christians! Needless to say, we would NEVER do business with them again. read more

if you want them to do work for you you'd better get a second mortgage on your home to pay the bill. Work on my home was done via cell phone and while installing a pipe the worker apologized for bending the pipe and had to go back to the supplier for a new one. (time was on my dime) After the work was completed worker said he would be back to make sure gauges read at the correct psi. No one ever returned. Lousy service, big payoff for Anytime Plumbing. read more

We called this business to inspect sewer lines for a house we want to buy. They quoted around $250. The day they were scheduled to come, they didn't show and didn't call. We had to call in to the office who told us the worker was out on an emergency. After more calls, they finally rescheduled. They told my husband they were at the house, but when our realtor stopped by to meet them, no one was there. However the office insisted the plumber was there. We were told the report would be sent later that night. It wasn't. My husband had to call several more times to receive the report, which was a single sentence and no photos or proof they had even done an inspection. The invoice was for $433 (!). After yet another phone call, it was reduced to $290. This was a disappointing experience and I don't think we will call this business again if we ever need a plumber. read more

Would not recommend at all. I called Anytime Plumbing to fix a clog. Not only was it not fixed but there was a mess left behind in my house. They dropped tar on my driveway that now is all over our vehicles, they took our toilet off and didn't put it back. Workers could have fixed the issue themselves however, I was told it was Sunday and 5:30 they couldn't fix it, so much for "Anytime". Ohh and I was still charged for their "work". I have been trying to get a hold of the owner and I all I get is you should get a call today, today hasn't came for over 2 weeks now.
