Along the way, the rough roads caused the dead bolt in our trailer to shift into the locked position. When we arrived at our campsite we were locked out of our trailer. We called every locksmith in the area but Bob's was the only one willing to come to our campsite so that we wouldn't have to sleep in our car. Dustin showed an hour before he said he would and picked our dead bolt lock in less that 5 seconds. He traveled a half an hour to get to us, opened our trailer and charged us $80.
