THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT MONEY !!!! They told me they would fix my washer machine . I was required to pay half down for a deposit of $150 of the $300 repair . I was told they would use the funds to purchase the parts . When it was time to repair the washer machine a week later they claimed the part was wrong . I was told they would re order the part . I checked back weekly seeing when the part will arrive . It's been 2 months and today when I called "the owner was rude with me and said that he would only give me a store credit and that he was not able to repair the wash machine . SEE ATTACHED VEILED THREATS to a female. I did a project for this business/person, Rod Braxton, but was hesitant because my 1st few conversations, he talked about how depressed he was & how he was down & he was all over the place. I proceeded anyway - big mistake. I told him when I got a full-time job, I wouldn't have time (a REAL business person just hires someone else when they lose someone). Showed NO appreciation double discounts I given, multiple offers to do things for free, as well as extra assistance given (seems to think paying you is a favor). I also had to lay boundaries in terms of calling me too early, arriving 45 mins late for our FIRST appointment, etc. When I got one & could no longer work for him, he stalled & did not pay me for a job, kept saying we'd meet & never did. I wrote the job off & materials to do it. Today, he kept calling & texting me with THREATS (see attached). HE clearly has a problem & tried to turn it around on me & say I had issues when I had to lay down boundaries. I'd been going through grief over a relative's passing - which he called bad moods, yet he claims to also be a counselor (what a joke). He's past drug dealer & is clearly trying to use that to intimidate me. NOT AFRAID OF YOU AT ALL & WE'RE SO READY. Had the nerve to send texts about MY past which he knows nothing about, I've had to defend myself against psychos like HIM! - Check out his RECORD, Google & BBB reviews, let alone Yelp reviews. Apparently, I'm not the first person he's threatened (YellowPages.com). Clearly, HE, has a long history of "beefing" w/people & screwing them over. My advice don't buy from these people they'll just yank you around by the chain, wasting your time. we purchased a stove from these people on 02/11/2015 they said they would have it guaranteed delivery on Friday, never showed up so we called them to find out "oh something is wrong with the oven we had to order a part to fix it." Ok well you couldn't call and let us know? so now we picked out a different stove since the "PART" never showed up. ok guaranteed delivery yesterday 02/25/2015 of a different stove supposed to be "GUARANTEED" delivery by 8:30pm guess what never showed up. We called the owner last night he said guaranteed delivery early today so we said just never mind we want our money back, so we tell the owner we'll be there today to get the money, lady who is there says she doesn't have the authority to give the money back, so we call the owner while we were there and he says hes busy out doing "deliveries" and to come back tomorrow for the money. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this business. The owner is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I purchased a hot water tank and a furnace from him. A friend went to get the hot water tank, I found the furnace on OfferUp. When the on found out I was getting the hot water tank he was trying to charge me three times more to install the hot water tank. When I didn't need it, he decided to surprise me with a delivery charge. Then change the advertised warranty from a year to six months on the furnace. The furnace was supposed to be installed in two days, he didn't call or come. When I texted he blatantly ignored me. When I called later that morning he got smart. He called me back that afternoon noon and said three days now. I said no more excuses third day. He said if something comes up, I said you better have a back up person. He said if something comes up F@@k your money. I said well just return my money I will go else where, he said he doesn't return anything. Took everything for me not to go up there with my tazer. Hi. My fiance and I purchased an LG fridge from AAA Appliance in Cleveland for $648 on 5-24-14. My fiance and a buddy of his went and picked it out and transported it home themselves. We waited a day before plugging it in only to find out that it ran, but wasn't cold. I found a stamp on the inside that said "certified junk" and writing on the back saying "dryer needs replaced". We contacted the store and they said they would send someone out to look at it. After weeks of trying to get a hold of them again since the time and day we set up was ignored and no one showed up, he finally answered and gave and excuse that their employee was sick and couldn't make it. We tried several time to set up something to have one of his people come look at the fridge, but he continued to call and make excuses for his no call-no shows. We ended up paying a third party to come look at it, another $125.62, and they said that a piece was completely cut in half and it didn't have any freon in it at all. He said it would cost a decent amount of money to get and replace what needs fixed to where he would just consider it a complete loss and wasn't worth the repair. We had to borrow two mini fridges to live out of for 3-5 months until we had enough available on a credit card to buy a new full size fridge from Home Depot. We continued trying to get a hold of the store to no avail. We ended up getting a box truck and driving all the way back to Cleveland with the non-working fridge to talk face to face with the owner. He said we were able to swap the broken fridge for another appliance if we wanted for what we paid for the fridge. We agreed since we already ended up buying a new fridge and looked at what he had, which wasn't much and a lot of it looked horrible like you could buy them on Craig's List for $50 each. He signed and dated a store receipt saying that he "agrees to replace the LG fridge with a nice working black gas stove before Dec. 25 to replace the value of the fridge including delivery." and we let him take the broken fridge (BIG MISTAKE) in good faith he would come through for us. That was 12-12-14. By not getting the stove, our first family Christmas at our first new house was ruined. I had to buy a slow cooker and use our microwave to make ham to feed about 15 people. The kids were upset that we couldn't bake cookies as a family either, and as a parent all I could want for my own Christmas is that the kids be happy and have the Christmas that they want. We have tried getting a hold of him and he had yet again started to make excuses or ignore our calls. At this point, we just want our money back, but are willing to go to court since he is refusing to refund our money or give us another working appliance. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this dump. It has even put an extreme strain on my relationship to a breaking point. This man does not care for his customers and will string you along while keeping your hard earned money.
