Scheduling opens up once a month and you cannot schedule all lessons up front OR schedule for the following month (something that they don't disclose until you've already paid everything up front). So you're at the mercy of what's open/left over for the month or hope to catch the next open date. 2. No one answers the office line. 3. Instructors inform my daughter Sundays are open but the office gives different information. 4. I had to cancel my daughter's driving instruction because she woke up sick with a high fever, but because it's not a "48-hour" notice, I'm charged a $50 fee OR provide a doctor's note. First off, who anticipates their child being sick 48 hours ahead of time. Second, why would I drag my child out of bedrest to the doctor's? Besides that, the instructors (per my daughter) are nice. In my honest opinion, I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

Instructor will do a short lesson behind the wheel driving and then accompany the student to DMV to handle all the DMV testing process before and after. They were always super helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me and my questions. We decided to do the in-person drivers education course which was completed over the span of 3 days. Along with that, we opted to do the behind the wheel lessons with them and received a discount as a result. My daughter had pleasant experiences with all her instructors and it was cool to see the increase in her abilities throughout the process. I think her favorite instructor was Lori. We did have one situation arise with a particular subject not being covered in her lessons and when I brought it to Cesar's attention, he was quick to remedy the situation and make sure my daughter got the training she needed. New Prudential is great with communication via text whenever there was a scheduling conflict and we needed to reschedule. Knowing that my son was eligible for taking his test, they told me when to schedule his driving test with the Pomona DMV and then scheduled his classes so that they were closer to his appointment date and things would be fresh in his mind. They were also great with providing my son with tips for when taking the driving test. My son said he liked his instructor Guillermo. I recently completed the phlebotomy program at CA Trade Academy in Ontario. While the enrollment…read moreprocess was quick and the hands-on training with my instructor Oscar was a strong part of the experience, the program was ultimately undermined by inconsistent communication and lack of administrative support. Oscar was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to student success. Being in a one-on-one setting allowed for focused instruction, and he even continued to assist me after he left the school--something I truly appreciated. However, after the classroom portion ended, the experience became difficult. I completed my classes in mid-January and was told I was ready to begin my externship, but didn't receive placement or meaningful communication until mid-March. I had to follow up repeatedly just to get updates. The clinic I was placed at was also in Los Angeles, which was not convenient given the school's Ontario location. Additionally, I received several forwarding emails that I was meant to be out of, other student email responses from a licensing issues--something that should have been handled more professionally and privately. While I'm thankful for the instruction I received from Oscar, the lack of structure and follow-through on the administrative side left a bitter part to my experience and was slightly misled by some of the faulty 5 star reviews left
