Then try to go up on the price AGAIN and refuse to unload my items and tried to say that's the price that's owed is without the deposit ,but the whole time telling me that was the full pricing of the move "which should include the deposit" Long story short I was FORCE to OVER PAY than what was agreed THEN still have to MAKE 1 move TRIP with a truck ($200) AND the MESS up my NEW CONSTRUCTION WALLS and LEFT EVERYTHING ON THE 1ST LEVEL and in the Garage... I rented a unit here about 6 months ago. I have had to access my unit multiple times at all times…read moreof the day. I have always felt safe and secure at this facility. The property is always kept clean with no trash blowing around the property. My unit is in the climate controlled building and I have never found anything out of place or any trash in the hallways. The sweet young lady working in the office is always so polite and helpful. And she recognizes you when you walk in the door. It is always a pleasure to have to bother her :). I recommend this storage site to anyone who is looking for a reputable, clean, safe location for their valuables.
