To start with I contacted 2 other companies, just based on geographical location, etc.. One of the companies didn't show up to a scheduled appointment and the other company ignored my text with pictures of the damage to my truck. Igor was the opposite! I reached out to Igor pretty late on a weekday night and he responded to me via Yelp messaging super quickly with an estimate. The price estimate was extremely reasonable and was the best out of the 5 other places I messaged. He got me set up with an appointment that best worked for my work schedule and he got me in super quickly. This is a mobile service and he can come to you but I live in a an apartment complex so I met him at one of his shops in Rocklin instead. He said 80-90% of the dent would be fixed when he first saw the pictures and gave the estimate since it was in a tricky area but 1.5 hours later, the dent was completely gone and he even polished the scratches. I watched an inconsiderate soccer mom let her cart go in the Costco parking lot, and sure enough, it hit the rear fender well of my car.
