Where is the option to zero stars for this company. I've used this company a few times and all the times they would come. They never wanted to empty out my septic tank only my cesspool. 10 years in and I'm living in a horrific catastrophe with back up septic tank. Let alone they had to drain out the piping that runs through the mainline. When they dismantled the candy cane gooseneck, they never fastened it and screwed it back in correctly. Due to the recent rainstorm, we just had this week caused a lot of rocks and dirt into my line. Had to call another company that had to fix the mistake. I will never use this company again and I will make sure to continue on with the recommendation that the new company suggested in "emptying out my septic tank every one to two years". read more

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!! There seemed to be a misunderstanding between what we discussed over the phone with the company and then when the driver came who was suppose to assist us in the cesspool matter. However, rather than conducting himself in a respectful and professional manner, he was yelling in an aggressive tone for about 15 minutes, to the point where my neighbors contacted us extremely concerned. We did not feed into his anger and addressed him calmly. When I called the company to let them know about this man's appalling behavior and our concerns, she told me that "there are 2 sides to every story" and maybe the driver reacted that way because "he felt threatened." However, that was not the case, as 2 of my neighbors heard the entire incident and CALLED US to make sure that we were ok. When I told the woman over the phone that we would no longer be doing business with this company or recommending them to anyone due to this experience, the woman told me she felt "threatened." I was extremely confused in how this conversation was being conducted and the narrative was being warped. Melissa was so friendly and my service guy, Jeff was so efficient, knew exactly what the problem was and explained everything to me. I called after I purchased my new home. We were unsure where the cesspool was located before we started renovations. The person they sent tried to sell us on an entire new system in which later on we got a second opinion which advised us we didn't have to. I got charged $150 cash, no receipt, for a no real service and a bogus evaluation that I didn't even ask for. Tried to take advantage of me for $8,000 also. Never again. read more

I didn t know where the tank was, he found it within minutes; My tank cover was stuck and he worked it relentlessly until it gave ... thankfully because another week or so and it would ve backed up! I called AAA because my downstairs toilet and shower were "gurgling" whenever the upstairs plumbing was being used. I had a similar problem 3 years ago, and ended up paying nearly $2000 to a well-known national chain. AAA came and got the job done in much less time, and at MUCH less cost- just about 1/3 of what the other guys charged for septic tank pumping, snaking drain, etc. I HIGHLY recommend AAA- fast, affordable, and professional. Jeff and company were professional through and through. The woman who works the office was well informed, and asked detailed questions to determine the extent of service we needed. Gave prices over the phone. System was serviced properly and advice on regular maintenance was offered. the great news was that we thought a tank pump-out was needed, but only required cesspool servicing and acid treatment to resture the drainage field. They could have said we needed the septic holding tank pumped and we would have believed that. Really appreciate their honesty. They are now our #1 choice. read more

After getting jerked around by another Big Ad PennySaver Company, I called Dependable. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and told me a tech would call me in back in ten minutes. Jeff called me back in five. He said he could be there the next morning. He showed up on time . Jeff was amazing. Didn't rush and did a thorough job. This review is a classic case of the good and the bad. Good- price was very good. Jeff and crew were very professional and responsive and polite. Nice guys for sure. They did a job for me in a hurry and I was very appreciative of that as I have 2 small kids. The bad- my front yard was left a complete mess. I had one cesspool pumped but it was over 100 years old so we had to have a new one installed in the front yard. The back fill was not done properly as I have nearly 2 yards of fill that I need after the holes caved in and settled.A 40x40 area of my front yard is littered with dirt 2 inches deep and hundreds of rocks from the hole that was dug. If they were neater in their clean up and back fill, I wouldn't need fill and I wouldnt have to spend a weekend cleaning up the fill that is on my yard killing my grass and making my yard look horrendous. I would recommend them- but make sure they clean up properly afterward! In my neighborhood, 3 others have had cesspools done in the past 6 months (by different company's) and not one has had the mess or caved in holes that I have had. I would have happily spent a few hundred more to avoid the huge inconvenience of needing more fill and wasting a weekend of my time. read more

Contacted AAA Dependable Cesspool Sewer & Drain SVC. Driver Jeff comes to my house to pump the cesspool & over flow. 6 months later I receive a backup in my home. Call a different company and my cesspool was COMPLETELY FULL. There is only 2 people living in my home (myself and my wife). There is no way we filled our cesspool in 6 months with just the two of us. Had to pay another company $449.00 + tax to actually do the job right - completely pumped my cesspool, pumped the overflow & snaked the main line for good measures. I will not be using AAA Dependable Cesspool Sewer & Drain ever again. read more

My downstairs toilet was gurgling and wouldn't flush. The same thing happened 3 years ago, and we ended up paying nearly $2000 to a nationally known chain to get the septic tank emptied out, lines "roto'd" out, etc. I was dreading having to come up with that kind of money again when my toilet started making "that noise". I googled local companies, and AAA came up at the top of the list. They were prompt, professional, and best of all, the price was more than reasonable- just about 1/3 of what I paid last time for similar service.
