They never wanted to empty out my septic tank only my cesspool. 10 years in and I'm living in a horrific catastrophe with back up septic tank. Let alone they had to drain out the piping that runs through the mainline. When they dismantled the candy cane gooseneck, they never fastened it and screwed it back in correctly. Due to the recent rainstorm, we just had this week caused a lot of rocks and dirt into my line. Had to call another company that had to fix the mistake. I will never use this company again and I will make sure to continue on with the recommendation that the new company suggested in "emptying out my septic tank every one to two years".

Then told me the job would cost $1,200. I told him I'll let him know, shook hands and he walked away. After about five minutes he came back and knocked and asked if the office said anything about a service fee, obviously confused. No service was rendered, no pumping, snaking etc. After calling the office the OWNER gets on the phone and threatens to call the cops, hoping to scare us into giving him money. Knowing that we've done nothing wrong I told him to go ahead, to which he called me an AS***** over the phone. Don't let these people near your home.
