I sent photos of my issues to Rick the manager. (My house is old from the 1930s and very tricky). Rick sent Daniel, a highly experienced pro plumber. I showed Daniel what needed to be done. New faucet for the kitchen and I also needed a new master valve for the water coming in to the house along with replacing some additional old valves in the basement. Daniel did an amazing job and even corrected the grounding for the wiring around the pipes. Once everything was done, he made sure there were NO leaks and that all components were working properly. We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. We were charged $145 and hour + the price of supplies. It was worth every cent to know that everything was done properly this time around.

In addition they fixed a few issues with our master bath shower head/handle and toilet. The company was really great, they sent me a bio and photo of the person who would be coming (which I appreciated for safety and professionalism), and the man who came was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He also had some great suggestions and input on the project and location in the house, in terms of what's best to save money and simplify all the moving parts--which I really appreciated.
