I'm sure that's not the term but after waiting for 2 weeks to get hot water, imagine my thrill of it coming down to an electrician, who came in with the save! I almost cried at having a hot shower for the first time. The owner has sent the same team, which I love. The techs are knowledgeable and polite. They wear masks. We called the office and was told they would get back with us. After 3 calls we still haven't heard back from the office. Now the number is no longer in service. The owner of this company came out personally to take care of the problems we had with one of his former employees. I am impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He is here right now. He is very familiar with this floor plan and the builder and the way it is wired. I knew we had problems and he knows what's going on and how to fix it.
