My children went to horse camp here- it was $500 for the week, so $100 a day, per child. There was 1 adult leading the camp of 11 children ages 6-11 years old. The children learned about horse care, riding and then went swimming. The children were left alone at the pool (backyard pool inside a screened enclosure) with no adult present. When they told us on the 2nd day, my husband and I contacted the lady who ran the camp and she insisted she didn't leave them alone at the pool and she would never do that. My kids don't lie and we talked to them each individually to make sure we had the whole story before contacting her because it was unbelievable to us that children would ever be left alone at a pool. Upon pressing further, she did admit to leaving in a quad vehicle but claimed it was only for a minute and she could still see the kids from where she was- 50 yards away. We explained that we would not be bringing our children back, that their lives are precious to us and leaving them at a pool alone is wreckless. This was one of several things the kids told us happened that were alarming, by it was by far the most concerning. My 10 year old daughter had helped pull another child from the pool the day before when the adult was not paying attention tog eh kids in the pool. They refunded us $200 for each child but would not refund the 3rd day our kids were missing, despite their admitted negligence of monitoring children while swimming. On a positive note- the barn manager, Jamie, was absolutely fantastic and called right away and completely understood why we were so upset and had to make that decision. She thanked us for our kindness and for not screaming and yelling but handling the situation with professionalism. Jamie gets 5 stars. AAA Equestrian would get zero stars if I could leave them zero. Leaving children unattended at a pool and refusing to refund money paid after their negligence is unacceptable. read more

Everyone working was super nice with helping me schedule a trail ride and enthusiastically helped me with any questions. The actual trail ride was super great too, the horses were very good and clearly taken care of and loved. 100% recommend would go back! read more

Was looking for a place to take my daughter to ride horses, when I called no one answered, they would send my call right to voicemail. I later got a message from Anna, with their information for trails, stating they don't allow kids under 6 years old to do the trails, when I asked for the pony rides, she rudely told me to look at the message above, as I would find the information I was looking for. And continued to be rude throughout our conversation. If that's how they treat their new costumers I wouldn't wanna know how they treat their animals. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Maybe the trail rides are okay, but training here is a nightmare. Lots of people in the same small arena so that you have to walk your horse or avoid collisions. Lots of issues. After two trainer no shows, we asked for our lesson money back. Owner yelled at me on the phone and then went into detail why she fired the trainer (yikes!), and refused to refund our money. Nikki! She was the absolute best. I've never been horseback riding before but she made me feel comfortable on the phone prior to our arrival and once we arrived. The tour was slow and amateur friendly. My daughter, who is 10, enjoyed herself so much. We walked along the road first and then ventured into a beaten trail in the woods. My horse, Lacey, was a beautiful cream white color with white eyes. She was funny because she kept nipping at the butt of the horse in front of us. She also wanted to lead the pack. I kept having to tug her reigns to make her fall back in line but she obeyed the reign tugs very well. We rode Lacey, Sterling and Missy. All beautiful and well trained. There were lots of horses, roosters, and goats and a few emus to look at and pet while we waited our turn for the tour. I might do this again soon. This place will not disappoint! My daughter and I joined my husband and son for a weekend away and us girls needed an adventure besides Disney and everything else Disney has to offer. Lol. My daughter loves to ride and we don't often find the time so we looked up a few places and AAA called us back and asked if we wanted to do an evening trail. We said YES and are so thankful we did. Nikki was our guide and she was great from the start. She came out on her day off to provide us with an amazing experience! Nikki taught my daughter how to trot and the giggles alone were priceless. She was great and we will definitely be back to ride and perhaps volunteer next time we are in the area. read more

This was truly a great experience. Nikki was a great guide. I went here with my sister, niece and nephew. The children were nine and ten. Nikki took the time to help them settle in with their horses and kept the children, all of us, calm and focused on the beautiful trail. The kids had many questions, which Nikki was completely prepared to answer in a way that made sense to them. When the ride was over, she took us on a tour of the grounds, introduced us to other animals and walked us through brushing our horses. Would highly recommend this place! read more

We can't say enough good about AAA Equestrian. Visited yesterday 5 people, 2, ages 7 and 8 and another who had never been on a horse. WOW the care and attention they gave us was incredible. As we had the boys, Margo walked the entire trail just in case and giving guidance where guidance was needed, then we had Amy pulling up the rear - so much care for us and the horses. The boys were a bit nervous about getting on a horse let alone riding one, however, they were soon put at ease and riding along on their very calm horses. We will definitely be returning. Clean, well cared for horses. Everyone we met was very friendly & helpful. Margo is awesome, and you can tell she loves her job & all the horses. She knows each ones quirks, and pairs the horse & rider perfectly. She even does the bit of extra that makes your day even more perfect. Last minute trail ride due to crazy circumstances, but yet Ana & Margo managed to fit us in and still keep their schedule! You won't be disappointed! read more
