Do not call out unless you are prepared to spend a ton of money!! They advised us before coming out it would cost 350 for an inspection. But they said that they could apply that to the work they do. What they DIDN'T tell us is that you have to do everything that they suggest in the quote or they won't do ANYTHING and you are out the money. It is all or nothing. They quoted us multiple items that came to about $3600 but when we said we didn't want to replace our gutter covers for theirs, they said they wouldn't do anything else from the estimate. We would never have had them out if we knew this. My mom recommended him after he'd caught a chipmunk in her apartment with his bare hands and was calm as a cucumber! We had a massive male raccoon living inside the roof of our deck. Lazy construction made it easy for this raccoon to live his best life for a few years. Jacob came out and not only caught our raccoon in a trap after just 2 nights, but he set up other precautionary traps, came out every single day to check them (even after the raccoon was gone), sent me videos and updated texts. He put new installation around the perimeter of the deck's roof so we aren't running a raccoon air BnB. Which was a huge job and probably the hardest of everything he did. I really appreciated how their website offered a texting to book platform and ask any questions for a quote. I received a response within minutes along with several answers to my questions and ended up booking with them by the end of the day. It was hard to beat the reviews I was seeing hear from folks that I know and trust. We hired AAA to treat our yard for fleas. Ava came out she's very knowledgeable honest explains things so that I would understand.. and come to find out I don't have an issue with mice in the attic. I was told by Orkin and Terminex that I did! Orkin wanted $9000 and Terminex wanted $1500 Orkin wanted to remove and do all this but I now know was unnecessary stuff in the attic like bring equipment in blow things out suck things up take out all the insulation and lay down new..good grief! I suppose with an infestation that might be something you'd have to do, but that wasn't my case. And when you're in a panic, not sure what's going on because you've never dealt with anything like this before you could be taken and I was almost duped. So I talked to a friend and her husband in Anderson he went to his job the next day in disbelief he couldn't believe the price! he spoke to one of his coworkers that mentioned AAA Exterminator family own honest upfront no smoking mirrors. I gave it a try and it was the best thing I had ever done!! Ava came out and blew all those theories out of the water. I didn't need new installation. I don't have an infestation. She walked the entire attic. She searched thoroughly. She did the outside perimeter of the house put down some bait boxes and that was all that I needed, she did put some in the attic just in case and after 3 months she took them out there's no activity and there never was! All of this because I heard some scratching on the wall near the fireplace. These companies are a rip off!! do your homework ask your friends and coworkers and I'm so glad I talked about this with a friend they couldn't believe the price it troubled them as much as a troubled me. The value with AAA was outstanding $307 at the end of the day $70 quarterly to maintain the bait boxes if that's what I choose to do, and you can cancel at any time.. unlike other companies, they want you to sign a years contract with the credit card on file that they charge every month. Technician failed to properly heat treat clients home for bedbugs. Upon return visit with his supervisor technicians belittled client and again refused to listen to her concerns about where she was experiencing problems. They came out on possession day to inspect and seal any potential areas of concern and spray. Apparently, I had a mole in my backyard so they took care of that as well. They have several programs for pest control to accommodate any budget. They were kind and very informative during our first conversation. I've had service twice in one week & it's only Thursday! I questioned the service because I wanted to make sure the service wasn't duplicated & I have that right! I sensed a bit of an attitude. I was out back working on my camera & he came around back sprayed in the direction of where I was. I didn't say anything to him but he sprayed a little on my foot as I was removing my ladder to return inside my screened porch to get out of his way. I don't necessarily care about the amount of trips as long as it's in the realm of the contract but the guy that has come out this week is not as nice as the previous guys! He bangs loudly on my front door instead of a politely knocking or better yet, he can use the doorbell. My husband works from home & can here him banging on the door in the basement. We had a ground hornet issue. I called AAA Exterminating and talked to Debra. She was very pleasant, polite and helpful. She said she would check with the people that take care of this issue and have them call me. They called me back within the hour and scheduled a time later that day to come to our house to handle the problem. Greg called us when he was on the way and came to our house at the time he had scheduled. He too was very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. He walk around our house with me and explained what he was going to do. He applied the treatment and the issue was taken care of just as he has said. How wonderful compared to the tech. to keep stoping you to ask questions or chit chat. My brother and my parents tried "the other" company, We couldnt believe what they (i couldnt afford) paid $$$$ and they wouldn't retreat/without a charge and werent very friendly!!!! I had contacted them as I was in belief that I had a flea infestation. They were quick to get me scheduled for extermination and charged me $185. Since I was still having issues 10-14 days later, they guaranteed they would return and exterminate at no charge. When they returned and I explained my issues, the exterminator said he didn't see any fleas at my first appointment. Therefore, I did not have him spray again. However, if he didn't see any fleas at my first appointment, why did he not just charge me for a trip charge instead of $185? Obviously, there was no need to spray. That kind of advice makes me a customer for life even though I gave AAA $0 today because he could have said something very different in an attempt to get dollars today. That's the equivalent of, "Go to Autozone, buy a new $30 air filter for your car, and come back if that doesn't fix your problem." The mechanic could have said, "You need a new air filter, oxygen sensor, PCV valve. The total for parts and labor is $450. And that should fix your problem." If you have a mechanic who will tell you the former, keep him/her. Likewise with exterminators. read more

Well this was our first experience with needing pest control so I had no idea how to find an exterminator . We had wasps inside our walls and they had to go! I started with Yelp as I usually do and AAA had good reviews so I gave them a call. I have to say I was very impressed with the honesty and fairness provided by the company . The person who answered the phone listened to the issue we were having and gave me more information about how and why this probably happened. She explained the process that would need to take place to get rid of the wasps. She told me up front what the fee would be, which for us was $210. This fee covered any treatment the technician did AND came with a 60 day warranty so that if any wasps decided to show their face within 60 days of treatment they would come back out and retreat for free! Luckily I can say that we have not seen one wasp since the first treatment . Would definitely use them again and recommend !!!! read more

This year, I went ahead and signed up for their summer plan. They come out three or four times depending on when you sign up. Again, the technicians are friendly and punctual.
