I am very impressed with the gentlemen that showed up! DJ and Ron were awesome! They found the hole in the deck caused by the bee and the queen flew out. She was guarding my deck for weeks so I am extremely happy. They also found 3 wasps nests and removed them. Also, they were kind enough to leave a mouse trap because there was a gap from the garage door to the floor. Extrememly fair price for doing the inside and outside and dealing with these bugs. We called them and made an appointment for preventative pest control for our home both inside and outside. One of our dogs needed emergency surgery so we needed to reschedule our appointment and they still came out the same week. They were friendly and on time. Speaking of time, only time will tell if the treatment works or not. We have no inside problems but outside there are lots of bugs, ants and mosquitoes so hopefully the yard treatment will take care of that is my hope. They are excellent! They show up on time. They're very professional, friendly, and courteous. Not only do they offer great customer service but they also offer great SERVICE. My neighbors always have bug problems outside but I just sit on my back porch and watch them light candles use bug spray and try to kill the bugs. Diamond Pest Control performed an all-over home service this week after I noticed a wasp in our house. I spoke with Brad, who directed me to Virgil, the company's owner. Virgil got back with me within 24 hours to schedule the appointment. Since I wasn't going to be home at the time, we coordinated how to enter the house with our spare key. Virgil texted me the day of the service to ensure his entrance into the home and that my pets were secure (took the dog to day care just in case!) He left my invoice on the counter and there was no trace of him when I came home. It's been two days and I have seen no unwanted critters. Virgil gives a 60-day guarantee for his work, so if something does get creepy crawly, he will come out and take care of it without charge. And the charge was super reasonable!
