Took my daughter's car to this AAA Service Center location for a oil/filter change and a brake inspection. Ivan Lopez the front desk person told me it might be a two or three hours wait. I was a little stunned. I told him I was expecting a shorter wait time. I live across the bridge and I was not expecting a long wait time. I told him if its done sooner , please give us a call. At 12pm Mr. Lopez called me and said the car was ready for pickup. I would like to thank Lopez and the other counter person for the shorter wait time. Its the second time my daughter and I have used their services. Front desk guys have great people skills and good customer service. I highly recommend this repair facility. read more

I was very impressed with the service and services that this location offers. This place made things so much better After a nightmare search for insurance. I had tried getting ahold of my agent to figure out my canceled insurance situation but wasn't getting much from them. I tried the agency I have my mortgage with and they never replied. The other options in town were expensive and they told me that because of California there was a hold and I wouldn't be insured for a few days. So I finally said screw it I'll try AAA and I have to say I'm happy with my decision. Not only did I get a fair quote the service was awesome. My car had broken down, and I had my toddler with me along with a car full of family members. The tow truck driver had informed me that he wouldn't be able to put our whole family in the tow truck. Shortly comes another flatbed truck with the wonderful employee name of osorio. It was extremely hot outside and he allowed my family and I had to sit in his car as we were overheating and my toddler was extremely sweaty. We did not have water and it was over 90° outside and from his personal ice chest, he offered my family and I water . This was such an amazing experience and I highly recommend Aaa because of this. read more

After being informed that it wasn't required, I went in and was politely greeted by a young man who asked what service I needed. I only waited a few minutes before being helped by an agent. Went in for a tire rotation,paid for it. They didn't align the tires because they wanted to charge me extra for alignment. This is wrong for them to do. Tire rotation ALWAYS has alignment included with a tire rotation, for safety purposes. read more

I am irritated with AAA. They mailed us advertisement for home owners insurance to our home address. We called for a quote and were told they don't offer home insurance in our zip code (94534, Fairfield) due to fire risk. Then why would they mail me the offer for my home in precisely that zip code????? To waste my time??? Also, they send me life insurance advertisement every single week. Filled out with my personal information so I have to shred it. So be warned, don't give they any information or they will pester you with advertisement and waste your time. read more

I have been a AAA member for decades now. All I wanted to do was turn in my pink slip to Angennette (I think). The person at the window.. I made a couple errors on the pink slip (I've been going through a lot) and had to fill out a "mistake paper". No big deal, cool. While sitting there I nicely asked her about a person I could talk to about switching insurance to my new car (my thinking was maybe I could get some advice from her instead of having to go back up and talk to Carl which by the way is a really nice guy). The whole time she was condescending and smug for no reason. I don't get it, what did I do to her. I ended up waiting and finding a lady to talk to about insurance for my vehicle, my monthly cost came out to $104 which is fine. But the more I think of how bitter she was I've decided to seek other car insurance. She needs an attitude adjustment, or maybe she's an unhappy employee. I don't know. read more

Service date 12-17-2020. Jr helped me at the front desk. Cool guy. Took care of me. When it came down to the techs and mechanics. They were having to look up YouTube videos on how to get the service message to turn off on the dash, something they should already know. Mike was the gentleman who took another 20 min out of my day when the light should have already been turned off after turning keys in and giving a report on the vehicle which states it has been taken care of. After attempting to do so with his YouTube videos for 20 min. He was unsuccessful and went back inside for a scanner that he should of already came out with or had to begin with. They are cancelling policies for debris without warning so that they can cancel insuring ppl for fire protection all together. I have been a customer on and off with them for decades. My policy was cancelled without the ability to remedy the issues of debris which occurred while I was I'll and working 12 hr shifts 6 days a week for months. Even though I have several policies with them. Would not allow me to remedy the issue within the week and keep my policy and gave no warning before hand so I could before being terminated. They do not care about your business. For a car accident I was not at fault for they would not request video footage that would prove it delaying the claim and costing me money. They are not the company they used to be. Not worth the additional cost people would pay for better easier service. read more

Waste of my time! Went in on Fri to register my out of state purchased suv. Was told 15 were ahead of me in line at 2:45p. At approx 4:30p I was called to the window showed them what I had. Oh we cannot help with that you need to go to the DMV. I said you could not have told me that when I came/ screen before I waited to hear you could not help me? I could have been in line at DMV. Bought a battery in Jan 2018 with a 24 month replacement warranty. Battery died. Called AAA to replace it. They claimed that although it was a AAA battery it was not the right one and refused to honor the replacement. Less than 2 years old and a AAA battery but said it didn't match what they had down! I had the paperwork for battery replacement in 2018. Guess it's possible we had a problem a year ago and they replaced it but I didn't find the new paperwork. I love this new AAA Office. The customer service is great! I was able to get three cars registered using their DMV services in 10 minutes. Also, they provided me with travel books for four states and the physical maps to go with each state for free. I enjoyed a nice cup of Pete's Coffee while recieving excellent service. First time visiting any AAA branch and I was thoroughly impressed. This facility is brand new and is essentially a one stop shop for all of your automotive/insurance needs. The set up is very nice with plenty of parking. Shelby and Shawn were the two employees that I'd interacted with and both provided fantastic customer service! My name is Tracy and I am so irate and disappointed and honestly I am shocked at the service or lack there of and the way I was treated and talked to by Erin operator # 508376 in the Roadside Towing Customer Service Center, Dispatching Dept. I originally called at 12:05 am on May 25th 2020. I was told at that time to expect a driver within 1 hour 15 min. At 215 am I called again to check the location or get another eta for the tow. This call was up- setting because Erin offered no explanation for not checking on me (a single female) or to let me know that there is now no estimated arrival time at all. She very rudely explained that it is Memorial weekend and they only had one driver. Basically I was out of luck and she had no responsibility what so ever to offer me anything but a weak and in acceptable excuse with an attitude. No concern or empathy or other arrangements. I was simply stuck and that was that! It doesn't end here either. At 400 am I call again with no contact from AAA to once again give me any update etc., On this call I was very upset. I was tired, cold, scared and concerned that I would not get a tow at all. Once more Ms Erin was rude, totally un apologetic, and she refused to check in with a driver to let me know something, anything... Nope she refused and told me that I had to wait and she could not give me any estimated time of arrival at all. I have never, ever been treated like this, be especially not from AAA, with whom I have been a customer with on and off for 10 years. This is only the 2nd time I have been so upset that I feel the need to write a poor Yelp review. I intend to contact corporate if needed. This irresponsible, rude woman should not be representing AAA like she is. People are usually in some type of emergency crisis when a tow is needed for a female alone in the middle of the night. The driver showed up at 540 am. He was very shocked when he realized I had waited since midnight. He sincerely apologized and it wasn't even his fault, he just started his shift. So I do appreciate his concern and he did give me the number to call a supervisor on. Thank you Miguel. PS even given that this is Memorial weekend it in no way makes it okay to treat a customer this way. And realistically, it was the middle of the night on a Sunday during the Corona virus Shelter In orders and Solano county is only so big I highly doubt there were 9 other calls after mine or however many took 5 1/2 hours that kept the driver away that long. Very Suspicious, strange and wrong on so many levels. The driver mentioned that normally a dispatch person would at least offer to get another tow company out here to handle the call when AAA was slammed like she says with only one driver. I finally took a cab home at 430 am and incurred that charge and then of course shortly after I had to go back out to finally meet the driver. Owned their services for sometime but when I called for help I was first hung up on, after waiting forever (over an hour) to get threw, and then called again to complain I was hung up on but no one wanted to help so for three hours trying to get our car towed off the freeway after the car broke I had to call a tow place in town. I had work done on my car 1/7/20, supposedly they worked on automatic transmission mount and both front axle shafts. I paid close to one thousand dollars for this work done. The next day I noticed that the car was leaking fluid in my driveway. I called AAA for an appointment and they told me that I would have to pay $125 to find out where the leak was coming from. I didn't think that was fair, because my car didn't start leaking until after they worked on it. I did not take my car back there. I had someone check to see what kind of fluid was leaking from my car and they said it was transmission fluid. So now I have a transmission problem. I am very unhappy. read more
