I hope others don't experience the headache I've had over the last week dealing with this agents office. Be aware they like to text message and it's very hard to speak to someone on the phone often routing to their national call center and also to get in their office to directly deal with a physical person. Hopefully no one experiences what we have in the middle of a move and finding out things weren't done as told they would be!
