I called AAA Forklift to get a quote for the train the trainer class. I got a person that was rude, talked over me and would not listen. When I finally got a word in...I asked to speak to a manager. He hung up on me. I tried to call back and was sent to voice mail. Horrible customer service. I called back and talked to a woman that said she was the owner. I told her the issue and she did everything but call me a liar. "Why would he do that", "We are the only two here." I asked her did she think I was lying and her tone changed to a real shi**y tone, "I didn't say that". I use to send all my fork lift drivers there for their initial training to get the job...NO More!! Their whole attitude was rude and disrespectful. read more

Definitely do not recommend to come here as someone who used to work here as a trainer all they care about is your money yeah it's cheap but you get what you pay for I was told to get the people out as fast as I can and get everyone in and out fast when Joel the original trainer isn't here everyone just gets passes lol then lady at the front would hurry me up even tho the person didn't know how to drive equipment properly I was told to just pass them and on to the next one very sus don't give these people your money let them go bankrupt they deserve it! Went there today and I arrived at 12:17pm on Saturday. They supposed to be close at 1pm instead of lock the door. I called them and they informed me that they locked the door at 12pm before they can close it up at 1pm. I wish they will tell me before. Horrible customer service here. Why have a phone number if you're not willing to answer basic questions. The owner/ manager Lori apparently doesn't care to give her customers the time or day to be able to disregard people so easily. Well at least in my case she was rude and uncaring to be helpful. I had found this forklift training company on google and since it had decent reviews I was excited to look further into getting trained here myself. Although, I found that on the website there's still a lot of pricing not detailed and Im the type to want to know what I'm going to spend time and money wise before spending it. I had called a couple of times Saturday with no answer and so I left a voicemail with my name and # to get back to me.This morning I did receive a callback from them and was appreciative at first because of that, until Lori the owner/ manager decided my questions weren't important enough to continue our phone call. I had asked if their coupon on their website was still currently valid. Then, I asked how much is it to train on the other forklifts if you want to train on more than one. Nothing crazy, yet she cuts me off and even though I already mentioned how I've been on their website, she refers me rudely to go back on there. Why call someone back as if you have time to answer their questions but then decide to impolitely send them back to a website that wasn't informative enough to begin with. This place SUCKS. Go somewhere else!!! To start it off, I googled a place to get certified this place popped up, I see they have a "coupon" to only pay $30 i'm like cool it's 2017 all I need to do is screenshot & show it to them when I get there.. WRONG. Apparently I needed one that they have in a stack, not even one you can print out from your computer! So stupid. I end up paying $40 for my cherrypicker license... watched the safety video, before the instructor even checked if I had passed the safety test he was already putting me behind the forklift... but wait there's more... they didn't even have a cherry picker one! I had to practice on a stand up forklift why couldn't they tell me this when I was paying the $40 f#cking dollars??? I could have went somewhere else where they actually had the right machinery! The instructor was really chill and patient, I could tell he was trying the best he could to balance teaching me and another dude doing a sit down forklift. So this 1 star is pretty much for him. ALSO on the website it states that they can help you find employment well I asked the dude & he told me I have to pay an additional $20 if i'd like a stack listed with employers.. umm NO THANKS.
