I called back and left a message to use the same card they had been using, and to call me back if there were any issues. I heard nothing back and assumed all was well. Fast forward to a few months later and I noticed that my card wasn't being charged for insurance, turns out I had been driving around uninsured. I called back to rectify the issue and Melissa informed me that my rates would nearly double because I had been driving uninsured for too long. She proceeded to blame the issue on me for when my voicemail was forgotten/ignored. I switched to GEICO soon after. Now, almost two years later, I find out that the vehicle loan I had gone through her for and paid off over a year ago is still showing on my credit report. State Farm is apparently still in the dark ages because they require you physically mail a form to their IL address to do anything about the issue. No representative from State Farm or my former insurance agents office can do anything to help get this rectified easily or quickly. I highly recommend NOT using State Farm. I would give 0 stars if it were possible.

With travelers insurance you file the claim…read morethrough the app and it is easy to see what is available for appointments at the shop or if you want them to come to you. Of course they can't work miracles to make your glass completely like new but you can see the before and after pictures. Replacing a windshield is costly and also a pain so if i can fix it instead I would take that option. In and out in 40 minutes for this complex windshield repair. I hope I don't have to use their services in the future but with the roads in Indiana I'm glad this is an option
