I took it to a shop that day and they said the center differential was shot, a problem that only shows symptoms once the vehicle has been driven on the road for a few minutes. The shop stated that based on the behavior, it had been this way for some time and that any competent service department should have noticed. I contacted the dealership immedietely and they refused to provide any assistance. Stay far away from here, as its clear they will fail to disclose major mechanical issues for a quick sale. The car was like this while in their posession, and they stated no assistance would be provided because they did not make a profit on the vehicle. Very scummy.

The sale person appears to be noce because he want o sale a car. Theere are a few stuff that was promised to complete. However, aAfter I drove the car off the lot, I never heard from them. I sent email, left phone message. I have not heard from anyone from Grote. There are a few things that my friend and I found after I got the car home. I try to contact the sale person that sold the car, via phone call, email, but there is no responses. I don't feel like Grote Automotive treat me well. I have been treated well by onther car dealer. I believe this dealer needs to do better job when dealing with custommers.
