I used this company to do a lock install on an extra bedroom, it went well. Using them again to install a lock and fix door jamb on a home we had inherited and our family member passed. Fresno a police had to kick the door on to get to our uncle, but sadly it was too late. I trust their work is why I hired them twice. read more

Called late evening, 8:30pm. Locked out of my upstairs apt. Scrolled my Yelp listings and no one was available. Came across AAA and Sam answered and came by within 15-20 minutes! He had the right tools for the job, I was inside from this freezing night no more than 10 minutes later! Good thing i had my ID and bank stub. I felt safe knowing he checks. He had me send him a picture of my lock to see if he could even do anything, did that and he text me back asap and said that he could either I fix it or replace it. the guy made sure to check my ID and asked for a piece of my mail to verify my info...fast service although I'm not sure how much locksmiths usually run I paid 85.00 which hurt my heart bc it literally took him 5 seconds to open the door but maybe that's how it is supposed to be...other than being upset at myself for locking my key inside I can't complain. read more

As great of an experience as you can ask for! Contacted the owner, who answered the phone and greeted me very nicely, asked me the right questions, and invited me to come by. One area of our initial conversation that stood out was that his company has been around since 2000 and they're in business to create long term customers and friends. Well, he delivered!! I had a 2007 Toyota Camry replacement key that I needed cut and programmed to the car. He was able to cut two keys, and have them programmed within 15 minutes. Top notch service with a smile and later found out they're religious which is an added plus as the owner told me "God Bless" on my way out. To add, they were the most reasonably priced compared to anywhere else. I would quit wasting time with the other companies and give Octavio a call and get what you need taken care! I promise you a one of a kind positive experience. Only wish I would have found him earlier after spending too much money on our other vehicle's replacement key at the dealership. Although I appreciate Gold Star for helping replace my 2 FOB's, in reviewing the overall experience I'd rate them from a 3 to 3 1/2. Here are my reasons: PRO's * They were about $400 less then the dealership, which was huge plus. * They cleared all the previous FOB's from the computer and the new one's seem to work well. CON's * Slow Delivery - After paying a $250+ desposit for the FOB's they stated 5-7 business days for the order to come in. In reality it was closer to about 16 business days. * Poor communication - We called and texted multiple times to ask when the new FOB/keys would come in with a very slow response. Additionally when it came time to bring the car in for service, we tried numerous times to coordinate a time which took about 2 days. * Craftsmanship - Neither of the 2 keys that were cut by them worked on the door lock's. Since we live 20+ miles away a second trip to cut the keys again, is a significant hassle. Fortunately for us we were able to use the older keys from the original FOB's. Since all's well that end's well, I bump them up to a 3.5 rating.

Not Service Pro - they called multiple times to let us know the arrival time, showed up early, were not intimidated by the job, even went to the store to buy more lock sets to coordinate with the current ones. They didn't change locks that didn't need to be, so saved us money. Octavio, who truly has a good heart as soon as you meet him, came to my house and fixed my front door lock within 20 minutes of being there. Right away he was able to tell me whether he could help me or not. He also was able to tell me whether I should replace whole locking unit (door from 1932, insert lock) or if he could just fix the locking receiver. This was a problem I had for almost a month because of the age of my door and had one locksmith company come out and they wanted to drill my door to get to the obstruction blocking the deadbolt lock. So for about a month we did not use our front door because I had to find the right person. It took some time and AAA FULL ARMOR are the right guys! I took the door off the hinges myself but, Octavio was able to fix it quickly and treated me so kindly. The last company guy that came out to help was more in a rush and didnt want to deal with the complexity of my older door. Anytime I need a locksmith, I'm calling these guys. You can't put a price on premium service and if you go for the more modest service call you might regret it. That being said I thought his price, which he told me before he started work, was reasonable considering I have been without a front door for a month or more. I contacted AAA Full Armor Locksmith& Doors on Friday afternoon. Octavio answered the phone, he was very polite, respectful and professional. He spoke with me about the issue I was having with my lock and answered all my questions. I asked him to come out on Monday and he was able to make me an appointment. He arrived early and with all the equipment he needed to replace my lock and door handle. He was extremely knowledgeable, worked quickly, and kept me informed as to what he was doing. Called at 11:30 am for service request. Samuel showed up at 12:00 pm. He was very professional & experienced with the removal of our 30+ yr old front door lever/dead bolt door lock. The lever had broken off & it had be closed with the dead bolt locked in place. Replaced w/new knob handle key lock & installed new dead bolt lock.
