I called and spoke to a polite young man by the name of Octavio. I requested a quote for fob programing and key cut on a 2015 Hyundai sonata (I already had the OEM fobs). He quoted me a reasonable price for my two fob keys and came to my house within 30 minutes. The young man was very professionable as well as personable. He was able to complete the job within 20 minutes and although he was charged for the code, he still charged me the quoted price. I was very impressed with the business logo and the fact that this business chooses to honor God, especially in this day and age. We had already replaced one doorknob ourselves and Octavio was able to re-key all the other locks in the house to match the key for the new doorknob so we'd have one less lock to pay for. I received a call about an hour or so earlier and was told the technician could come earlier and I agreed. On Monday I lost a set of keys that included the house, vehicle, and the mail cluster box. I contacted Octavio Jr. on Tuesday who agreed to come the next day. He arrived at the scheduled time. Octavio and his father, the owner rekeyed six doors in my house, reprogrammed my vehicle, and proved an extra key, and he replaced the lock on the cluster box. During the entire time, Octavio Jr. explained the process of each job in a professional and friendly manner. The work was done in an efficient manner with his father preparing the keys in their truck and Jr. Reprogramming the vehicle and preparing the house locks for the new keys. The entire process took just under two hours. It was clearly obvious that he was very knowledgeable about the craft of locksmithing. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.
