We called Dave as a recommendation from a friend. He was able to come out the next day for a quote. He was very nice and professional. I didn't feel like he was selling me anything at all. We picked the door and opener we liked and he didn't try to upscale us at all. The door was then installed within the same week. He provided excellent service and was very friendly. Dave was recommended to us by Jose at Urban Desert Pest Control (another extraordinary business in the Phoenix area) as a resource for improving the garage door in our single car garage. He replaced the door with a high R value product that is working amazingly well on our east facing garage door. He also helped us choose a door with tinted windows which brings light into the space we use as our home gym. Dave replaced the old rails with a ceiling-hugging solution and added a jack shaft style opener in lieu of a traditional ceiling model. The extra ceiling space makes a big difference in the room. And, it is connected to an app on our mobile devices to remotely open, close, and monitor activity. The work is neat and well planned. I told him what happened with my garage and he asked if I wanted him to come out that day. He showed up promptly and explained what was causing the issues. We worked out a very reasonable price and he got to work fixing my grave door. David had all the required parts in stock on his truck and even went through all the little bolts tightening them up and adjusting everything so my garage would operate smoothly.
