Requested a quote and ended up dealing with a pretty dishonest guy, Adrian. His initial quote was a bit higher than others I'd received, but he claimed he could beat any estimate from a licensed company. I shared the details, and instead of actually competing on price, he immediately started berating the other company. I told him it's fine if he can't match it, no big deal. Should've ended there, but he kept pushing to see the full estimate before saying whether he could beat it. Felt off, like he wasn't really trying to compete, just wanted to scope out the other company. Turned out that's exactly what it was once I shared it. Overall, came across as very dishonest. Truly disappointed in this company now. I called Adrian to fix a broken chain on an opener he installed 4 1/2 years ago. Instead of coming out himself, he dispatched a subcontractor (Dragon) who told me he had never installed a broken chain. Dragon said he'd be back the next day with a new chain. Had to call him several times. He came out on the 5th day and charged me $400.00 to install a part I can find on Amazon for $45.00. He also said he did a bunch of maintenance work on my garage door that I never asked him to do and he never discussed with me. When I complained to Adrian, Adrian said that they had to buy a whole new opener to get the chain and that another company would have charged me a $1,000 to do the same work and $2,000 to replace the opener. I call BS on that. His own guy, Dragon, told me he could replace it with a belt drive for $750.00 on the first day. Beyond that, i replaced a similar unit on another property I have recently for $800.00. It appears Adrian was just pulling numbers out of thin air. I am paying the $400.00 invoice, but I won't be calling this company again. read more

This is our second time using them. In 2018 they put in a new motor and spring adjustment. In 2025 both of our springs broke. We called them in the morning and they had a repairman here by 11:00 a.m. He was polite, clean and had 25 years of experience. He replaced it within an hour. He said it was the hardest repair he has ever done as he had to work on the springs with our cars parked in the garage as the door would not open until the springs were replaced. Fantastic service when you need it most. My garage door got hung up and bent one of the tracks. After seeing all 5 star review, I gave them a call. Adrian was close by and came over within 30 minutes. I thought the spring had broke on 1 side, but turns out the springs were mismatched from a previous replacement and the door was not balanced, causing the cable on 1 side to fall off. Since the springs were pretty old, I had him change them out with the correct springs. He straightened the bent track, balanced the door, inspected some other trouble spots, lubed it and reset the garage opener settings. He was done with the job fast, and the door hasn't worked this good in years. He could have taken advantage of the situation and overcharged me, but his price was more than fair.
