Called them at 7 am and a tech Dalvin Jimenez came right out. Found the problem right away (took vids and pics). Ordered the part and at 2pm two techs: Jonathan Osorio and Adriana Rodriguez, arrived with the required parts and replaced the blower. All was covered under their great warranty. We were warm and comfortable last night thanks to their hard work. I can't say enough good things about this companies professionalism and skills.
