So they really do provide a lot in one location, but of course you need to be a AAA member. The line can get long at times, so bring a book or something to do and expect to wait. However, the lines do move quickly and the staff that work at the main counter are friendly and helpful. In terms of DMV services, which are very popular, they can't do everything, but for sure you can pay for new tags (registration renewals), but be sure to have had your car smog checked first if required. They can also give insurance quotes and explain services that sometimes get lost in translation over the phone for those who want more personalized in-person guidance and help. I went to AAA just before it closed trying to modify my house insurance. The lady that is pictured opened the door and started interrogating me about what I wanted, not asking nicely she was rude, I told her that I know the agent I need to talk to and pointed to the cubicle as I was already inside. I talked to an agent last week that was polite and had good customer service and I wanted to work with her however I did not have her card with me but knew what cubicle she was in. The rude lady said the agent was there and would be with me shortly, she is like a receptionist. I waited 15 minutes outside and some agent I have never met came to the door. I have never been treated this rudely at the door at this location. I will cancel my insurance and go to Costco. read more

If you do business with this location you will only receive services if you go there in person. I do not recommend this company at all to anyone. I actually use the AAA office for most of my DMV services. Who wants to spend hours waiting at DMV when you can walk right up to AAA and get your registration done in a matter of minutes. In addition, they also let you use credit without a service fee so if you have a rewards card, you can also get points there for paying your bills! This location is located at the end of a strip mall and can be a little hard to park pre Covid-19, but there is usually ample parking down the street near STARBUCKS which is only a few hundred feet away The staff is super friendly and efficient and always go out of their way to please. read more

A family member was involved in a car accident last Friday, the responsible party (not him) has AAA insurance. They contacted him on Saturday advising they would be responsible and would have someone out to assess the damage and send for repairs. The family member did not know to ask for a replacement vehicle although theirs was undrivable since being rear-ended at high impact on the freeway. It is now WEDNESDAY and they made him drive the car to the location for assessment and did not arrange for a rental car until TOMORROW. Really lousy customer service and completely different 'arm' of a company I know to provide better service through their roadside assistance (unless you need a tow late at night). Are they that cheap!?!; likely results in many litigious claim settlements as a result. Pathetic. I'm just grateful I have Geico and too bad many others don't. read more

I have been going to this Branch for years to pay for my DMV services. The staff are real friendly and welcoming. Their new check in process is a major waste of time. I go to AAA for efficiency, not to mimic the DMV process. If you're doing this new process please create an online process to get in line! This is a lengthy one: My experience with AAA insurance company has left me unsettled. They are by far one of the WORST insurance companies available in California. When my car was hit by an UNLICENSED teenage driver, I sent video footage as proof that I DID NOT CAUSE the damage that was done to my car. After TWO Days (not even a week), they determined that my car was a "Total Loss". My car was still drivable - NOT a total loss. All I wanted was for my car to get fixed. I did not care about the money - I didn't want money! I wanted my car fixed, which is why we were paying hundreds of dollars for FULL COVERAGE in the first place. I spoke with FOUR different AAA 'Specialist' and every single one of them told me something different. NONE of them had communicated with each other. They gave me the run around the first week. By the 2nd week, Susan Golden (auto field specialist) sent me e-mails with TWO different options. When I responded with my choice, Susan Golden (very rudely) told me, "that option isn't available to you, I shouldn't have sent you that option". I was appalled! It made absolutely NO SENSE for them to send me those options, if it wasn't available to me. I lost ALL CONFIDENCE in AAA as my insurance company. They were UNHELPFUL and have the WORST Customer Service ever! Susan Golden, Paul Norat, Tracy Miller AND Shenea Wilkins are terrible representatives for this company! They did nothing but, try to take my car from me. So, beware of how awful this insurance is! They more than likely WON'T do anything to help you, even if you have VIDEO PROOF AND, have a Police Report! I will NEVER RECOMMEND this insurance to anyone! I give them a '-10/10'. read more

I was getting a handicap placard for my husband. I got the form from DMV , got his doctor to sign and drove my husband by AAA . While I was in line less than 5 minutes one of the associates went outside to my husband to verify it was for him and that was all I had to do. I received the placard on the spot. Great customer service. The same associate that helped me today gave me some great information and maps for a cross country trip we took a couple of years ago. Called at around 545pm and was told that someone would be out in 90min. 2hours later I call and they said nobody was dispatched and they cant find anybody to take the call. I didn't receive a call till 2am asking if I still need help and 4am that they couldn't find anybody. 10 HOURS WAITING. WARNING: Parking for this branch is very busy. There are multiple businesses on the little strip where this branch is located. Expect that parking close to the branch may be difficult. REVIEW: Only had to wait about 5 minutes before I was helped. Wonderful lady on the right helped me with registering my new car, explained I needed a smog certificate from the past 90 days, and told me the total before I paid. I didn't have my smog, which is on me for not realizing that I had to have one no older than 90 days. The service was excellent and fast. I have nothing to complain about. read more

Let me start off by saying their in person offices are fantastic. I had no problems with them whatsoever. Their dispatch on the other hand....I was told there would be a 45 minute wait. I'm fine with that and totally get it especially this time of year. After an hour, I get a phone call from their dispatch saying someone hadn't been sent and that they didn't know when someone would be out here. Its 9pm. It's dark and I have someone chronically ill in the car as well as a puppy. The fact that they can't even give me an estimated time that someone will be here just to jump a battery is ridiculous!!! I ended up having to call my elderly grandparents, who live an hour away, to come help me and they got here faster. For a company that prides themselves on their service, they sure failed me. My 1 year renewal for my membership was last month on March 24th so I decided to just come in and pay for my renewal and insurance. The Asian lady (I forgot her name) helped me at the cashier to the left. I told her that I wanted to pay for my insurance and renewal at the same time. She told me the total and I also asked if she was sure that was correct for both the insurance and renewal and she says yes. I was like okay perfect. So tell me why yesterday I received a notice in the mail yesterday that I didn't pay for my renewal..... A little confused so I called triple a and the representative said I didn't pay my renewal at all!!! Very upset that I've been driving un-insured for almost a month. I've been a member of AAA since age 16. Never had a problem or issue. Always excellent service. I just came in to pay my vehicle registration. Members can pay their registration and get your new "tags" right there. I ran in about 4:45p and there was only one person in front of me. Way better and easier than the DMV. I also realized when I heard the person in front of me ask, that they have free tour books for members. I grabbed a tour book for Kauai on my way out also. What a deal!! read more

I have been a long time member of AAA.. I frequently used the Greenhaven office to conduct business.. At first my agent was friendly , welcoming and willing to assist.. Over time he had begun to not return calls ignore me when I came into the office and become very standoffish.. When it was renewal time for my membership an issue arose and it required me to take time from work, the agent was very unprofessional and did not even bother to show for the scheduled appointment and used another staff member who was very rude and accusatory to assist me, as if I was attempting to cheat or steal from AAA.. I have not been back to that office to date.. As a long time member I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism exhibited, lack of customer service and loyalty..
