I found AAA Hauling from a Yelp search and the positive reviews the company had. Best part was right after I read the reviews, I messaged Don on the Yelp app to inquire about their services and got a great response within a couple hours that same day. Because I live so far away from my parents, I worked with Don remotely to make the arrangements for my parents, both senior citizens and unable to do any heavy lifting. They needed their 2nd bedroom cleared out, as well as removal of larger items on the ground floor. There was an entire office workstation that needed to be broken down and hauled away, as well as old items that have accumulated over many, many years. I flew down and Don came to meet me and my parents at their apartment. He was able to do an initial evaluation of what we needed removed along with giving us a quote and later we scheduled a time for him to come back to do the job. Don and his crew were able to break down the workstation, remove the items my parents wanted thrown away or donated. He even followed up with me the day of the clear out via text with a video he took of the room after it was cleared out. My parents even called me to tell me how happy and relieved they were to see the room cleared after the job ended. Don even had the room vacuumed afterwards and sent the receipts for the donations to us. I appreciate the awesome customer service. Don was punctual and clear with his communication and responses to questions I had and his team accomplished the clear out with no worries. I made two phone calls yesterday to try and schedule a junk removal/pickup for a bunch of miscellaneous items (mattresses, old fencing, broken patio furntiture). I just went down the YELP list and called in order of their appearance. The first 2 didn't answer or call back so, this morning I called Don and...(1.) he answered, (2.) he was super nice on the phone, (3.) he had very fair and reasonable prices especially after I had talked to Waste Management yesterday to see if I could do a curbside pickup or rent a dumpster -- too $$. Lastly, he said they had a break in their schedule and if I was home, he could come over. Done and Done. He is very nice in person. I genuinely wish i could give these guys 10 . The kindness, integrity, and work ethic of these guys(specially Don and Austin) is unparalleled. As a single mom moving out of a 4 bedroom house, due to a domestic issue, with only the help of my 16 yr old son and my van i was emotionally and physically exhausted. To the point of tears at times. THESE PEOPLE ARE ANGELS!! I had arranged for them to come on a Wednesday to haul away my mom's chair and ottoman. There was a mix-up with the new chair and it came on a Tuesday instead and Wayfair dumped it on her porch instead of taking it in and putting it together. My poor 83-year-old mother was distraught. I called Don in a panic and asked if there was any way they could come a day early. He said they'd be there in 30 minutes. They brought my mom's new chair in, set it up for her, broke up all the boxes and put them in the bin, and hauled away the old chair and ottoman in the blink of an eye. We evicted a tenant from our condo after 7 years in order to sell it. When we took possession we learned about how a packrat lives; cheap from the floor almost up to the ceiling! A washer/dryer in the living room. The contractor we had hired to just get the place in sellable condition had to start 2 days from move out or take another job.
