AAA Hauling has excellent customer service. Don provided extremely prompt responses and gave expert advise for how to pack the bin and maximize the capacity. Same day he was able to bring a bin and navigate it into my long sloping driveway. He parked it so conscientiously and made sure we could load easily and still get our car out. He was super flexible and reliable. We filled a 12' bin completely with a two car garage full of junk and garbage, two broken down bookcases, and one broken down 6' long cabinet. We met him when he picked the bin up and he was so friendly. He was meticulous in making sure nothing was poking out that would be a risk when he drives. What a great company which shows from the owner. We are remodeling our kitchen and I wanted to do the demo myself. I forgot the owners name (sorry) but he was very helpful, honest and professional. He ended up dropping off a 12 x 6 x 4 trailer in my driveway, it was dropped off on time on a Saturday and he allowed me to keep it for the weekend while the demo was going on. He called me first thing in the morning Monday and picked it up. He was very reasonable with price if you actually do the math. They loaded up a full truck load in under an hour (40+ cardboard boxes, plywood, hardwood floor planks, baseboards, grout bags, and all the trash leftover from our remodel). Don and his crew from AAA Hauling were such a tremendous help to my family. I highly recommend them for any of your hauling or clear out needs. I found AAA Hauling from a Yelp search and the positive reviews the company had. Best part was right after I read the reviews, I messaged Don on the Yelp app to inquire about their services and got a great response within a couple hours that same day. Because I live so far away from my parents, I worked with Don remotely to make the arrangements for my parents, both senior citizens and unable to do any heavy lifting. They needed their 2nd bedroom cleared out, as well as removal of larger items on the ground floor. There was an entire office workstation that needed to be broken down and hauled away, as well as old items that have accumulated over many, many years. I flew down and Don came to meet me and my parents at their apartment. He was able to do an initial evaluation of what we needed removed along with giving us a quote and later we scheduled a time for him to come back to do the job. Don and his crew were able to break down the workstation, remove the items my parents wanted thrown away or donated. He even followed up with me the day of the clear out via text with a video he took of the room after it was cleared out. My parents even called me to tell me how happy and relieved they were to see the room cleared after the job ended. Don even had the room vacuumed afterwards and sent the receipts for the donations to us. I appreciate the awesome customer service. Don was punctual and clear with his communication and responses to questions I had and his team accomplished the clear out with no worries.
