Well- my Van gets damaged and needs to be in the shop for two weeks. "It's ok-" I tell my partner.. "Zach Davis assured me that we're covered" Wrong! Apparently, Zach hooked me up with an insurance that would only cover my loss of wages if I was to incur damage at my address! If you can't understand the irony in this: I'm a mobile dog groomer- my house could burn to the ground and it would not affect my work.. Here is how I was mistreated: 1. I was tricked into thinking that several different looking insurance companies were all different, but found out later that they all work together- effectively wasting my time. 2. I was mislead into getting insurance that can't come anywhere close to helping me in the real world situation that I am now in. 3. Once I pointed this out, I got a quick "sorry you feel that way" and no wanting to make things right, just a suggestion to go somewhere else. (Keep in mind I lost two weeks of pay that I was just expecting would keep me above water after being down for two months.) 3. They refused refund the money that I have been exchanging for a worthless insurance after I cancelled-their reason for this is that If another claim was made, they would have to respond to claim if something was to arise when the policy was in place... I can sign a paper stating that no other claim will be made-then can I have back my stolen money?! They had a recent promotion whereby I could include our daughter and her children which now drive at a great price, so I called them up and in just a small amount of time their representatives were able to put the whole program together and now there are 5 of us on the AAA plan with access to all the benefits that are available along with roadside assistance, traveling discounts, etc. Glad to have them watching our backs.

When he brought my vehicle to my house, He mess up my vehicle's handle (driver side) and all he said was "sorry", for which I called AAA to let them know and they stated to call this the tow truck company directly to resolve this issued and I was given a phone number to call so, I called several times and they answer very rude or when they see my phone number they don't answer unless I call private or from another number and when they finally answered they stated they need to review the damage claim and they would go from there. I called every day for 3 days (both the AAA and the towing company) and today, the towing company called stating they can fix it and can pick up my truck and they set up an appointment for me to take it to shop on 10/30/2025 at 6:00am. then an hour later I got a message from them that they change their mine, stating that it wasn't the driver's fault so, they decided not to take responsibility of the damages that was done by their driver so, I called AAA and spoke to the person called supervisor who apparently was in charge of handling my case "Evita Hernandez" and told her about what this tow company stated and she said at this point she no longer work on my case because she needs to transfer it to a "Specialist" from AAA and to wait 2-3 business days. I told her I need a car rental or transportation to go to my job while there is a decision, and she said she totally understands but I just need to wait.
