    NIGHTMARE! Back in December I had told my son we would go on a cruise with his best friend and…read morefamily for his graduation. His friends Mom called Ernie, who was a travel hub 365 specialist , and booked our trip. We were told it was a great deal lots of perks and an upgraded room. I called Ernie to pay. After giving him the information on who I was paying for and my credit card, my card number was immediately stolen! I called him back and told him not only was my card stolen he charged me $252.06 to much. He told me he would give the money back and he was sorry but it must of been on Royals end my card was stolen. After waiting weeks for my money I called back and he said he needed the new card number to give me the credit. Against my better judgment I gave it to him once again and it was stolen again! I then got an email from Stephen asking if I was trying to cancel a room. I told him my situation and that I was not canceling anything, I just wanted my money. He let me know later Ernie had messed up on other reservations. And moving forward he would help me and to block Ernie, due to the fact he was harassing me after he found out I talked with Stephen. Ernie apparently got this great deal on a Jr suite by lying and booking the room like I was handicapped. Stephen informed me he had to downgrade the room due to the way Ernie booked it but would contact Royal on my behalf and see if he could get on board credits to buffer this for me. Since I now was not getting what I was told I was buying. Stephen also said he would give me the $252 and apologized! Stephen did finally get me the money. I finally had my refund 3 months later. He had apologized several times and let me know another client had their card stolen and Ernie had messed up more reservations. He said he was still working on contacting Royal for the resolution. The next day Stephan email me that his attorney had advised him he was not responsible and that Ernie was not allowed to use his company anymore and he couldn't help me moving forward I would need to contact Ernie. So now I have no travel agent to help on my behalf With the situation and have no one to ask any questions I may have about my upcoming trip! This has been extremely disappointing and stressful!
