Terrible terrible service!! I tried 3 time to have somebody call me back - I wanted to order an insurance police- Give them my business! She does not care to get new clients obviously- so so rude. DO not waste your time. Its easier to call the 800 number and have a very nice Phone rep help! read more

I am a member of AAA in California and also worked for them for 10 years. This backwards location is ridiculous! They are so slow, they had my mother waiting for several hours just to get her license renewed. They are short staffed and the staff they do have would rather look on their phones at their desks instead of helping it's members. I thought about adding my mother to my premiere membership but I will not waste my money for your horrible service. read more

Requested service. Told me it would be about an hour. Called me 15 minutes later and said my service call was canceled due to weather!! I called at 3:10 pm and the weather is the best it's been in days, sunny and clear!! This is Thursday Jan. 18th, 2024. This is the 2nd time in 6 months I have needed service and have been refused!!! Absolute SH!T service! I've been here 5 times now simply trying to get my out of state license transferred and every single time I've been told I don't have enough paperwork, that being said to me I brought with me enough paper work to get residency in a different country and still they can't help me. All I wanted is a license!! I brought with me a Current license, current passports, several different bills showing residency, written letters, birth certificates and it's still not enough to satisfy them. I was speechless this last time and have cancelled my membership with them. read more

AAA is a complete joke. Do not waste any money on these clowns. I was a member of 20 years. Today I finally used them. My truck broke down on the road. I waited 5 hours to get a tow. After 5 hours and several calls to AAA I could not get a time for a tow truck to come get me. I finally just googled the tow truck company and they came in 15 minutes. AAA has rip me off for many years, then today left me stranded on the side of the road. AAA are crooks!!! I am sure they have plenty of excuses for the incompetence, but sitting in the snow on the side of the road for 5 hours, just because I paid for AAA is no excuse. read more

This place is ridiculous! It took 3 hours to see someone for a license renewal. It took maybe 30 minutes to get it done .

Red flag that they do not care about their customers needs,Covid or no covid you can only use a credit card to renew Driver's License/I.D?People should have the option of with paying cash or money order or credit/debit card.It's just plain disrespectful and screams "we only care about what is convenient for us" so why would I want to use/sign up for any of their other services.Also on their website it says at time of renewal the pic on Driver's License/I.D cannot be more then four years old.Wow,so they don't even know that I.D is renewed every eight years and D.L every six?No one is going to renew their D.L/I.D every four years.Fix your website and stop confusing people when it's you that is confused.Mind boggling that a company having to do with driver services have that nonsense on their website.I am very clear about my review,maybe you should read it again.More red flags.Like I said they are confused and out of touch with people and the real world. read more

This place is totally disrespectful to there customers, I tried calling for 8 days to add a vehicle to my policy. Then when I went to there office to add this vehicle I got discriminated against, and still they did not add my vehicle to my policy! I totally advise all to stay away from this business!! read more
