Several areas of the tint were already peeling, there were bubbles throughout the film, and there was hair and other debris trapped underneath the tint. This was not the quality of work I expected from a professional installer. Before leaving my car, I specifically explained that the rear hatch handle was brittle and demonstrated how to open it properly. When I picked up my vehicle, the handle had been broken. When I returned to discuss the damage and the failing tint, the owner refused to acknowledge either issue. Instead of addressing the poor workmanship or taking responsibility for the damaged handle, he offered only a refund if the tint was removed. After discussing it further, I was able to receive a refund while keeping the tint in place, but there was still no acknowledgment of the damage to my vehicle or the quality of the installation. I appreciate receiving my money back, but I would have preferred a professionally installed product and accountability for the damage done to my car. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with another vehicle.

Art replaced the original 6 speakers with German top of the line plus manufactured their mountings. He installed the sub woofer in a custom made box and fitted that under the rear seat. He selected and tuned an amplifier to bring the best sounds possible. Art asked for some examples of the music I like and tuned the system to bring out those best sounds. I won't go into all the small detail things he does, but just know that Art is a true professional and if you talk to him, it won't take long to understand why.

I was hit in my brand new vehicle that I'd, fortunately, had PPF put on, when I bought it. The PPF did its job but, needed replacement. The shop that I had put on the original PPF was booked out too far for my liking and the repair shop where my vehicle was being repaired, recommended Tint World. The technicians are fantastic and know what they're doing. I can tell, even before the PPF has dried, the technicians took their time, paid great attention to details and prepared surfaces well to avoid future issues. My vehicle looks brand new again! They also took care of a passenger door that needed PPF replacement and installed a windshield protection film as well. Again, all installed with precision and care. Additionally, the staff provided information that I didn't get from the original installers, to maintain and care for my new and old films. My entire vehicle is wrapped and I have more peace of mind with the protection. The technicians are fantastic and know their trade, exceptionally. My husband and I have been customers of Juke with our two vehicles for typical maintenance and…read morethey've always been reliable, so when my brakes suddenly went out on my Jeep, I went to Juke for help. It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.
