I am usually a walk-in, but today was the first time I had an appointment. I was two minutes late and they called me to confirm that I still planned on coming, which was great. I was seated immediately and they started my pedicure. They are sanitary- the bowls are lined and they wear gloves. They either speak English or they don't but there's always at least one English speaking person in the salon. I have not noticed them talking across the room in their language which tends to make me uncomfortable. I love the results and would recommend this salon. read more

When you first walk in customer service is great. Nice clean facility but when you ask for a pedicure, they have many different options. We did the $30 plan asked for a gel polish and acrylic toenail the fake one. Yeah, my daughter had to ask for a rep polish twice. The toenails are not the same size. The second man came and shaved it down, but cut my toe put some alcohol on it. Informed him that it was burning he couldn't speak English or understand it. None of the three men that did our feet. Why pay for something that is improperly done. I would not recommend this location because they do not understand English or comprehend very dissatisfying and very disappointed. My foot is still somewhat burning $122 wasted on BS. As you can see in the photos, one toe is longer than the other one toe is lopsided so very disappointed. read more

And the attitude the woman had when I told her I still had hair on my face. I don't see how this location is still in business. Incredible work! Jimmy did my nails and Dalena did my friend's. They took their time and even helped us decide between colors. Went it to get a mani pedi with my sister and niece, van was doing my service she was super nice and did my pedicure very nice. The problem is when she got to nails. I decided on french tip and gel polish ( which adds on an extra $20)for my short natural nails. I noticed right away that she didn't use a smaller brush which would be more precise, she did it with the polish brush so tips were very thick and jagged. I paid $57 dollars plus an extra tip for a thick and jagged mess. I told them I wasn't happy and I came back the next day for a polish change and went for just gel polish this time because I didn't think you could mess up basic pink polish, but it's just as bad as before. The nail beds are messy and there's bubbles. I should've saved some time and money and done them myself! read more

not everyone here can do nails!! I have been a pretty loyal client to this nail shop for about six months. I've never had any problems with them until today. I'm usually not picky as to who does my nails since I've never had a problem with them. Today someone new did my nails and I'm so disappointed in them. They're very sloppy,uneven, and the situation is even worse because these are my real nails that are now ruined because each fingernail has a different shape. About two hours after my appointment I called and asked them if I could I come in so they can fix it and they said yes. The owner offered to have the same guy do my nails for free, or if I wanted him (the owner) to do my nails it will cost. I then explain to him that the person who did my nails had to restart multiple times and because of this my nails are shorter than they were when I got to the shop. He told me he was booked up and if I wanted to wait around I could but it would be a while. He never apologized and wasn't sympathetic and it's pretty unfortunate their loyal clients get treated the way they do because I will never be back, waste of $65 read more

I think I could have done a better job and I have zero experience. What's even more appalling is Tina sits next to the owner, Jimmy and he allows her to do such a horrible job. That alone tells me he's all about money with zero integrity. I made the mistake of going to this place and my mom unknowingly stopped in there a few weeks after me. Finally, after realizing I just couldn't properly cut my own toenails anymore, I decided to give AAA Nails a try. They're right next door to my doctor's office and easy to get to. It was a longer wait than I expected, but once it was my turn, I was pleasantly surprised by all the little extras---the massage chair, the exfoliation, the calf massage, the large selection of nail colors. My nail tech was a very nice young man whose name I didn't get, and he did a great job on my feet. He even took the time to redo two nails that I smudged. The prices were reasonable and it was a great value for the money. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the strong chemical smell of nail gel that permeates the air. It was a bit hard to tolerate, but I don't know how they could filter it out any better than they already are---the manicurists work only a few feet away from the pedicure side. read more
