First time stopping in for a pedicure and dip removal. I'm not impressed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A lot of the techs barely speak English.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Tech didn't clean under nails or shape my nails with file until I asked her too. I'm 7 months pregnant and she had me holding my legs up instead of resting it on block like everyone else does: I don't like when techs skip steps in a pedicure process. She left dead skin on until I asked her to remove the rest of the skin. I'm highly disappointed. My toenails are uneven. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Customer service wasn't bad.
