I have tried to give this Nail spa good feedback but I think my time has come to an end here. It's services has gone downhill tremendously. Attitude of staff is very warm friendly and inviting but service is just not good anymore. Staff is not all trained on all services. You may get a good pedicure but nails are not done to perfection and or vice versa. Eyebrows are waxed to thin . Staff is always limited and hrs of operation are not steady. Although I love the location it is just not cutting it anymore. It's too many others surrounding this location to not hold up their quality of service. Sorry but not sorry . read more

They are very pricey for the simplest things I just got my nails done 4 days ago and one has already popped off and the work isn't neat at all. I would say don't go here I could have done these myself if I wanted someone to play with my hands I paid 180 for 2 full sets that are short asl and my little sister didn't even get gel on her toes smh. read more

Took 2.5 hours today for a mani pedi and they had to do my pedicure TWICE over, they scrubbed the side of my foot so hard it bled. I got home took off my shoes and my pedi that they did TWICE is messed up!! 2 weeks ago I had a mani and my nail chipped on day 3. I don't know why I went back to this place!!! I asked fir a soft pink, she polished my nails clear. I said that's not the color on the example. I then chose anther color or flesh tone, it was hot pink. I then chose a very soft pink and it look exactly like the one I said no too. An older lady came and looked and said you're not giving her the colorectal colors. The older lady told them they were wrong. The nail people got upset and started speaking in their language. The older well-dressed lady said you all are wrong. I just walked out. No service, no exact colors, too many additives were put in the bottles while I was watching, and they were extremely rude. Nails look tacky! I told Ben there was excess acrylic on the side of my nails & he may has well polished them blindfolded because there was polish on my fingers, nails were bumpy. When I tried to show him the polish and excess acrylic was told that is how they do nails and maybe i should go to someone else. He is correct, I will take my money elsewhere. I got my nails done on Thursday 4/1, a full set with gel polish. They were extremely thick and uneven with the length, the guy I had was really rough with everything he did, I asked for coffin nails and ends up with squared. The length was wrong. I called 4/3 for a recount and they told me to not call them. they were also doing construction while people were in the salon VERY unprofessional and were not wearing masks!!! read more

Went to them for a regular manicure (no gel or anything), it lasted a week, which is normal for it not to be gel. They convinced me to get the gel the next time simply because I really need it to last longer for work and not come back every week. I've had gel before but it's chipped within a week and they said that wouldn't happen here so I did it. Got them done on a Sunday, on Tuesday (2 days later!), 2 nails were peeling off, so I called and went back in for them to fix it. They fixed the nails and 2 days later, they're already peeling again! They don't take their time, it doesn't last as they say. I won't be returning and I definitely don't suggest it. There are plenty of places instead. read more

Apparently Apple Nails is under new management, today's experience from the wait to be serviced to the actual service received it was horrible. I've visited this salon in the past.... prior to new management and I loved the service that I received. However after my experience today I will not return. I left Apple Nails and went to another salon to have them fix what Apple Nails couldn't!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE and the fact I still paid these people pisses me off even more!! I used to come to these guys every few weeks! I went in after about 2 weeks after getting a gel nail and Tony said he was going to fix my nail. The polish came off completely on one nail. And the design was sloppy! I showed him a picture and it look so bad compared to the pic. But after 40 mins of having me wait and he brought me to his chair and told me he wasnt going to do it because it was time for me to get new gel. I disagreed politely because my nails usually last 4 weeks and then he told me no they dont they only last 2 weeks. I left very upset and I will never go here again! How can you tell someone when to get a gel? Ive been getting gel for like 4 or 5 years and they always last about 4 weeks. I was disappointed. Never again. This was the second time going I Apple nail spa. I am not impressed. I feel as though I was ripped off. I came in for a fill in and left with a sloppy job. Not only did I pay more than I was originally told, I was also given gel when I wanted regular polish. For that, I was not going to pay the $25 but I was forced to. If they are going to rip you off like that, the least they can do is do a decent job and tell you before you are finished and there is nothing you can do. I do NOT recommend this to anyone. That's why I am filling out this review so you can save your money and go somewhere that actually charges an amount that is worth the job you are given. NEVER GO TO APPLE SPA. read more
