I used these guys for a long time. I had the same tech for a while which worked out well, but they started to churn through workers. I ONLY wanted the rat boxes done and repeatedly stated to the company that did not want chemicals sprayed around the house. I would tell the workers this the day before to remind them and they still could not follow that simple instruction. Less work right? So, they screwed up many times. The final time was December with another new guy showed up the day after I reminded him, in writing, not to spray chemicals. Guess what, they showed up the next day WITH A SUPERVISOR, and proceeded to spray chemicals all around my house. They also put GLUE traps in my crawl space without asking and I never would have authorized that. I decided to cancel my contract AFTER that and called the company running the comcast-like gauntlet of 'what if we gave you this or that credit'. I declined and asked to cancel and they removed my credit card. I was not informed of any remaining balance. After that, they sent me a bill for the service that they once again screwed up. Keep in mind I paid full price to these guys for years just to have the rat boxes done so I was grossly overpaying and they got way more out of me than they put in. I called them to dispute the bill, they said they would call me back after running up the chain. They didn't. Instead they insist I owe them money for a SERVICE THEY CONTINUALLY SCREWED UP. They are an extraordinarily incompetent company that can't follow simple instructions. read more

Worst experience ever. In summary, they bragged about how good they were and that they were definitely going to take care of the rodent that made it's nest in my home. This company went from throwing bait without traps on first visit, to setting snap traps inside and outside on second visit, to showing up and the owner of the company saying those are the wrong traps and set them all off. This was supposed to be the final visit, instead this person claiming to be the owner was there to make a bid to my landlord for more work. He said he would be back Saturday with the correct traps as he was there to "bid" a crawl space clean out, not address the current contract of getting rid of the rodent/s. No call no show Saturday. I called the front office Monday to confirm they would be bringing the correct traps out and to set a new day. She said someone was coming out today/Monday- even tho no one scheduled that with me. Needless to say, by the time they did come back out to address the original contract, they removed all but one outside trap. Then that technician insisted on coming over to check the trap on a day I wouldn't be home. I asked him to come by on a day I am home as I am not comfortable with people being at my property/house when I am not. He said he will just get permission from the landlord since she paid the bill. Why would a person/company not respect such a simple request? I feel awful that my landlord paid this amount of money for literally nothing but a headache. The house I have lived in for the last decade has had an ant problem for most of that time. I have baited with poison - oh so many times over the years. It makes a difference but after the perimeter spray from AAA combined with my effort to put out poison for about ten days prior to treatment - seems to have done the job (for now). Ants seem to come back year after year - but for now, they are gone. Gone baby gone. I know from experience that this is by no means solved permanently, I have not seen any of them now for three weeks - which is a big win. AAA has made a huge improvement - but I imagine repeat visits will be needed. Ants are extremely resilient but I will reach back out to AAA as needed. For now, the improvement is 100%. read more

These folks helped me and my partner without even charging us or stepping foot in our door. We had a roach problem that was slowly driving us insane. We'd dumped about all the Raid under the sun at them with no effect. We called to explain the situation and AAA recommended that, given our living arrangements, it would be more convenient and effective if we used different products to take care of the problem ourselves. About a year later now and I haven't seen a single roach since. These folks really have the customer's best interest at heart which I find rare in this day and age. She could not quote me a price for cockroach treatment and said she'd have someone else return my call. Now this is the owner who could not quote me a price. Had a poor experience with AAA in eliminating a rat problem in our crawl space. After having our crawl space redone to stop rats, we still had a bad smell and couldn't understand why. The contractor came over with AAA to verify their work, and the agent told me that the smell must have come from a visiting cat because I must have left the crawl space door open. The story was ridiculous, but the AAA guy backed it up. I had a new crew redo my crawl space. They showed me that the first group had failed to remove all the insulation with the rat poop and urine. They recommended a new pest control company which I used and there haven't been any rat problems since. read more

I had an issue with rats getting in to our chicken coop. AAA has been super helpful in handling the issue. I also told them I didn't want to use poison, and they were fine with that. They set up traps, and were successful in getting rid of the rats. Also, they were the opposite of salesy. When the problem started to lessen, they suggested fewer visits, or even stopping the service. I would definitely use them again (although I hope I don't have to). read more

I talked to Joe about a yellowjacket infestation in our wall because bees have been coming in through our lighting. He said that the nest had died and the bees coming out are called "emerging queens", that we just need to suck'em up with a vacuum, that they aren't aggressive, and they're just trying to hold over until Spring. Joe could have come out and charged us some money, but he just gave some advice because it's not worth it for me if he were to come out. Honest guy to not make a buck off poor saps like me. This is the second time we have used AAA. The night before our vacation we found wasps living in our wall. We called Orkin first because they were supposed to have 24-hour service. They said they'd be out in the morning, but at 9:30 am we got a call saying that no one was available to come out. We called AAA and they had someone out before noon. Very professional, friendly and thorough. He worked quickly and let us get to our vacation. He let us know what to expect and told us to call him if there were any wasps left when we got back. I found a carpenter ant nest in the attic on a Saturday. They helped me immediately on the phone and scheduled me for Monday. Chris is the kindest guy! He just rescued me from a sleepless night with a juvenile rat that got into my house and my cat thought was a new friend. I discovered this later last night but they didn't have anyone who could be dispatched so this morning Chris said they were really busy but he would come out personally to get the little bugger who was currently barricaded in my extra bedroom. Best money I've ever spent and it just helps to have someone who is empathetic and able to put your mind at ease and get the job done with a smile on his face. What a joke. Nacho came out to our home and right away I could tell this was not going to go well. I requested him to be careful since I have young children and pets. As I saw him spraying the ground along the house- he was just about to spray my dogs water bowl. I said don't you move anything. He said NO I do not move anything. He said I should have moved the water bowl though. Had I not seen him my dog would have ingested toxic chemicals. He parked on my lawn out front and was smoking a cigarette with his door open. He complained about blackberries being near a fence and did not even try to get spray the area. After he actually went to the other side of the fence- he could see I was right and it was not hard to access. He drilled holes in my house exterior walls and they are all exposed and in between the cedar shakes- so now the holes are exposed and can not be filled. If the holes are filled the gap between shakes would be filled as well. Your supposed to hide the drill holes. I had to direct him how to do his job since his ambition and quality was ZERO. He never finished the job either. Half of my property was not done. There were several other issues- so many that I can not remember them all. I spoke with the Chris the manager and he said that Nacho did not drill the holes properly and would come out and finish the job. He never called back. Then I called him back a couple weeks later. Again- he never called me back. This place is Simply the worst. Funny- they claim to be simply the best. I have Nacho's business card with him smiling on it. He never did smile. He did complain the entire time. This is why I do everything myself. Work ethics and quality control and pride are very hard to find. How this place has 5 star reviews is beyond me. A refund should be issued and all the improperly holes need to be repaired by AAA Pest Control. read more

Earlier this summer, we had an unexpected problem with bees who had built a large nest in our attic, just above my daughter's bedroom. They had eaten a whole in the ceiling above her bed and were able to get out into the house. We called AAA Pest Control right away and they sent a technician out to assess the situation. Amazing company, fast, effective, great! I called on a Thursday afternoon after finding what I believed to be a yellow jackets nest. I did not know for sure. It was in a bush that I was going to be removing over the weekend. I had equipment rented, top soil ordered, and so buddies to help scheduled. I needed this gone ASAP. A couple weeks ago, we heard faint crawly feet in the corner of the ceiling in my bathroom. First I thought it was just our venting insulation popping in the heat. We went on a trip, and just got back and now it sounds like centipedes building a town in the attic. I imagine piles of centipedes - something with lots of small feet! We call the AAA Pest exterminators and the boss lady says go look outside and see if you see wasps. I doubtingly go outside to look, and sure enough, I see 5 wasps disappear into the corner of the roof by my bathroom! AAA has someone out there in an hour, and the technician says it's a good thing we called early, because wasps can dig down into the Sheetrock! We actually got a quote from another exterminator and they quoted the same price, so I feel like it was worth the $230. We were also quoted some other prices by a AAA technician, and the boss lady was like, no, no, no, you don't need all that. We can take care of it in one shot. We went with AAA because they were just so nice and accommodating. We had all kinds of questions and requests and They were so nice. And they were also able to provide same day service. I couldn't bare another weekend of listening to those feet! I will use AAA in the future! read more

I hired this company to handle a yellow jacket problem. I didn't know if I was looking at $200 or $2000. The person that answered the phone was very friendly. I described the problem and she quoted me a price over the phone. (less than $200!) They made it very convenient by taking my credit card over the phone and sending somebody out the very next day while I was at work. It has been a week now and still no signs of any bees. Had a Carpenter Ant problem. After a number of companies estimated the cost of removal, I contacted AAA Pest Control. Their representative came out, inspected the house and provided an estimate. Later they treated the Carpenter Ants. When we noticed additional ants they returned and killed them off. Their work is warrantied for one year and they don't came back every year unless called. Note, a number of the other companies were more interested in selling monthly treatments that could go on for ever and if you want to retreat yourself, they will not do the job. AAA Pest Control will not only support self-treatment but they will also sell the treatment product to you. I found the company and it's employees to be very professional. They take the time to explain what the problem is and how it should be treated. Whether on the phone or in person it was a pleasure to deal with them.
