I love Rambo so much, and I am perpetually disappointed in anyone we hire. I have super high expectations, and Rambo meets them. Earl from Rambo is the BEST. He is so sweet, kind, and hardworking. We took over the service from the prior homeowners, and Earl knew everything about the house and where insects got in. I always look forward to the quarterly visits. This is just for the quote process. They did give me a quote over the phone and their quote is based on sq ft of house. It easy just so incredibly expensive. Initial was around $900 to start and $150 per month. If you did a 12 month contract, the initial does go down to $850 (or somewhere around there). Great experience with Rambo. We had a large wasps nest in a high roof peak that needed to be taken care of asap for a tenant. They were able to get out next day to remove and treat the nest. I had ant problems on and off for a few years. Usually did the Toro traps or Borax and it would keep them at bay. This year they came back and earlier than ever. Finally called a pest company. Rambo came out, set traps inside in active locations and sprayed outside. It took a good 4 months of service but I haven't seen an ant in 2 months. They even came out and treated when activity picked up mid month. I signed up for monthly service but the tech recommended backing to quarterly now that the ants are under control. 100% Trustworthy company. I was apprehensive as reviews of some companies looked like the industry was rife with high pressure service contract sales and poor/scam service. I got a great feeling from reading Rambo's website, and I was not disappointed. The 2 Technicians, and 2 Customer Service folks I've worked with have all been amazingly friendly, professional, sincere, patient with my many-many questions, and 100% focused on customer needs & budget, and not trying to push or sell extra unnecessary service. 100% Worthwhile. My days of endless whack-a-mole ant control in my house, and monthly trips for yet more ant bait stations from Home Depot are over. The people sent out to my home texted me right away when I had a questions. Don't be fooled by the low number of reviews. It's not always the best way to determine who to give your business. We had a rat problem and had Rambo inspect our home entirely from the crawlspace to the attic and they sealed all possible entrys. We have bait stations placed throughout the yard to prevent any rats that are monitored quarterly and also we have our home sprayed for ants and spiders every year. Our exterminator is Russ and he is friendly, polite, knowledgeable, thouough, and gives a detailed report of any findings, and informs us of any issues that needs our attention. The office staff is friendly and courteous when I have called to reschedule which I appreciate as well. Rambo Pest Control reminds me of how businesses were in the past, when customer service and a job well done was valued which unfortunately we do not see often. Russ did an excellent job at our home. He was very thorough, careful, clear in communication, and respectful. He found 2 entry points where rodents had been coming into our attic and he sealed them up. He even extracted a dead roof rat from the trap he set 2 days ago (trap set during his initial assessment visit). He set traps in our crawl space and attic and bait stations outside. He answered all of our many questions, and advised us (gently) on how we could keep our bird feeding area cleaner. Russ also identified a small leak in our crawlspace, coming from kitchen sink pipes. This was very helpful information for us to have and we will proceed with a plumber to repair it.
