Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.

Another reputable company was able to locate the leak using proving technology and equipment withing 1 hour of being on site and was no even close to where near where the "experienced" technician stated the leak is located. I hasten to use the reference to technician as this person is a fully trained individual that uses state of the art technology and tools which the guy that came out for the estimate was not a qualified technician. Don't consider using this company to repair your pool leak unless you need to waste money and have many holes in your surrounding pool deck.
