I called our son in law to see if he knew of one, "DC Plumbing, they're real good!" I called and sent an email. Panicking, I looked for more emergency service plumbers. I called a total of 5, one actually answered the phone. I received a quote,, it was 10:45 now and I was quoted late afternoon early evening. I said I would call them back if I had no luck finding someone else. I checked my email and there was a response from DC Plumbing. The owner was very apologetic that he couldn't get out to our home that day, but he could come first thing the next day. At that point, it was good enough, so we waited. I am so glad we did. We saved money by not using an emergency service, and his workers were here right when he said they would be. They were in and out in roughly 10 minutes and did a wonderful job. The owner was extremely thorough, I sent pictures of the leak to help (as asked). Promptness responding as well as service by great employees! Hard to find these days for sure. I have already sent their information to a few friends. I wouldn't call anyone else. By the way, the other 24 hour service plumbers, never responded back until the next morning, except for one, I never heard from them.

He requested half of the service fee before the yard was complete, then did not complete it. When we told him that we no longer chose to use him for our lawn care, he extorted us for a "cancellation of contract fee". At the beginning of the "contract", there was no disclaimer of a cancellation of service fee. Then, he claimed he was giving us a discount on the cancellation fee. Seems to me, he makes the rules on his prices and cancellations prior to disclosure in order to make money when he doesn't do his part; claiming that he can make his own cancellations fees without disclosure in any contract that there is a fee or disclosing direct terms of the initial contract beyond a "maybe". This business is not licensed or registered as an LLC or otherwise with the State of Michigan.
