They need to hired more staff. Every time you try to call they never pick up the phone for you. It takes forever to get a response and when they do they just tell you I'll call you back when I have all the information ready but instead of call you they what to do everything by texting. Now imagine texting with different number of clients, the attention won't be the best and also they won't be able to answer your questions the same way. I had all state for over a year and I almost never need to call them but the times I did it was always the same issue. I recommend don't make business with them. read more

Car accidents are overwhelming and stressful and when something like this happens, the last thing you want to do is relive the incident and have to explain everything over and over again. However this usually what ends up happening. After a man collided his car into mine I had to talk dozens of people from AllState about my claim. I spoke to several people that were not so helpful. For example, when I tried explaining the details of the accident to my assigned adjuster, he cut me off mid-sentence and said "Let's get to the point, what do you want? More money?" I ignored his question and proceeded to share my story. He cut me off again and said, "I'm going to stop you right there girl, we don't need to go over all the details, just tell me what it is that you want." I was so overwhelmed at this point, I was on the verge of tears. I had waited a month to finally speak to this adjuster and when I was finally able to speak to him I felt like a complete hindrance and to top it off I was called a "girl" I felt so disrespected. After this experience I told myself, "I have to switch Insurances, there's no way I will subject myself to this again." But I have ultimately decided to stay with AllState because of Jannette Hernandez. Jannette was the only person I felt truly took the time to listen to my story. I've spoken to her dozens of times and each time we speak, she listens and never interrupts me or ever makes me feel rushed. I broke down crying twice and each time she was nothing short of warm and tender. Once I was connected to Jannette and I explained everything to her, she promptly started working on my claim and updated me every step of the way. She assured me that if we ever got disconnected to not worry because she's still be working on my case and she'd make sure to call me back. She never broke her promise. I knew that everytime I spoke to her I was in caring hands. My experience with Jannette is the only reason why I'm open to giving AllState another chance, without her I wouldn't have even considered staying. Omar Zaki is my agent and he is so awesome. He checks up on me and makes me feel like family (For Real), and always extends himself to me and I truly feel so valued here with Allstate, you can feel the genuineness from him, the staff, and everyone you're connected to when you call. I recently was involved in an automobile accident where a lady ran a red light and totaled out my new Nissan that was barely a year old. Everyone from Omar Zaki to Debbie Duran to Crystal Story took extraordinary steps to take care of my vehicle, get me into a rental, and even gave me the time it took to get myself into a 2016 Nissan within 3 weeks before I had to turn in my rental.
