DO NOT RENT - Unsafe, Unprofessional, and Misleading…read more On Saturday, January 10, 2026, I rented this hall for a gender reveal and had one of the worst experiences of my life. When we arrived, the hall was dirty, and instead of setting up and decorating, I had to clean the venue myself. There was no help from the owner, which caused major delays and resulted in me still decorating when guests arrived. The owner was rude, unprofessional, and extremely unhelpful. The venue lacked basic necessities: * No paper towels in the bathroom * No proper sink, kitchen area, or refrigerator * No assistance with setting up a Bluetooth speaker Approximately 70 guests attended, and the venue became dangerously overcrowded. There was no clear walking path, and it was almost impossible to reach the bathroom. In an emergency, people would have been trampled trying to exit. This was a serious fire hazard, and the Fire Marshal should have shut this place down. After the event, the owner aggressively texted my pregnant sister, using profanity over two bags of trash, even though we cleaned the entire hall out of courtesy. We were never told cleaning was required, and no contract was ever signed. This venue is misleading, unsafe, and run unprofessionally. I strongly recommend finding another location. Do not use this company.

We let our server pick for us, and both choices were excellent. For food, we split the fig, gorgonzola, and prosciutto salad. Beautifully presented and full of flavor. For our entrée, we shared a pasta with broccoli rabe and sausage--another solid dish. But the real standout might have been the focaccia bread. Honestly, some of the best I've ever had--fresh, light, and incredibly delicious. Great food, a comfortable atmosphere, and nice to see a place remain consistently good after all these years. When I showed her a photo of the conditions in our room, she simply asked to take a picture of it and then completely ignored me. ​On top of that service experience, we had to be reassigned to three different rooms before getting a decent one: * ​Room 1: Was not properly cleaned; there were hairs all over the bed and a filthy bathroom. * ​Room 2: Had what appeared to be blood stains on the bedding. * ​Room 3: Was acceptable by default, though the AC was weak and a fixture came off in the shower which were issues that only seemed minor compared to what we had just dealt with. ​To be fair, credit should be given to the representative who assisted with the room changes bevause she was helpful and apologetic. I also spoke with a manager at checkout to provide a brief rundown of this experience. While she apologized and offered to add some points to my account, the gesture felt minimal given the inconvenience of the situation. ​We were extremely disappointed with this stay. Had we been able to switch hotels last minute, we absolutely would have. This is simply not the level of hospitality or standards I have come to expect from the Marriott brand.

Our check in went smooth and the front desk staff was very nice. Sad that it was on a Saturday and no M Lounge, but we enjoyed the restaurant for an evening bite and breakfast the next morning. Parking was free which was great. There is valet service available for overnite if you need it. The breakfast buffet was very nice and you can tell they make sure everything looks nicely put together and neat and clean. That's impt to me, especially with breakfast buffets. The food was good and plentiful. The room was a very nice size, comfortable and we had plenty of room. The chargers worked on both sides of the bed, which was nice to see. We used points for this trip, and prices weren't too bad without the points. We will definitely be back when we need a place to stay in the Melville area.

Their service was absolutely impeccable. We arrived late because of unexpected delays at the cemetery, and Adán was beyond gracious and accommodating. He made a difficult day feel lighter. I hosted my mother's funeral luncheon at Vespa, and the way they cared for us meant more than I can say. Everything was handled with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth. The location is so convenient- just off Sunnyside Blvd on the Long Island Expwy only 28 miles from Manhattan and 21 from JFK airport. There are great restaurants in Plainview and Melville close by and the one n only Ralphie's Cafe is a 77 second walk from the lobby. The prices are great.
