I have paid AAA dues for almost 20 years. My truck had a flat in the middle of nowhere and I didn't have a jack. First time I ever called AAA. They said my membership had expired. I pointed out my card said good till August 24, but they said that means nothing. Many hours later, once I'd resolved it with help from friends, I checked my bank records. AAA got and cashed my membership check of $60 in July 23, so my membership should've been valid. Thanks for the help--I get the same discounts with AARP, so no need to ever renew. read more

Last night, we had two cars with dead batteries. I called AAA at 8:30 pm to have someone come. I got a text at 11:15 pm stating they were still trying to find someone to come. I canceled the call. The next day, my son called to get his truck jumped and battery replaced (if that was the case). It was his battery, but the person who came jumped his vehicle and left without offering to change it. Later that same day, I called and talked to an agent about having someone come out for the other car. I asked the agent if someone coming out would have a battery to put in my vehicle. He said yes, the battery truck was coming and they carry batteries. When the person arrived, he confirmed it was my battery. I asked him if he would change the battery. He said he had put his last battery in the previous car and that the warehouse was so far away. I asked if he could at least jump it so I could take it to AutoZone (which they were accommodating). He jumped my car so I could drive. This is the 2nd time I have called AAA for battery replacements, and they didn't carry batteries. On another occasion, my In son was stuck in a ditch on the side of the road because of a snowstorm. He was stuck in that ditch for over 2 hours waiting for AAA. When he called to figure out where the help was, AAA informed them that they should call another towing company and that AAA would reimburse him because they were too busy to come to help them. We have been members for 13 years and might have used them five times. The only thing they are suitable for is jumping cars. read more

I was a member for 4 years. This was the interaction that made me cancel: I was billed for a premium membership and given the basic version. After calling AAA and waiting for about an hour and a half, I was told that the error was corrected and my membership had been updated. Cool, mistakes happen. All was well. Fast forward a few months to when I actually need to use the service. I struck a deer on the highway around 6am. I called AAA roadside only to find out in the middle of my request that I was "out of range for my requested tow" because I had the "basic package.." Long story short, I had to wait on the side of the road until 9am to even be able to call AAA offices because the roadside assistance side of AAA could not change my membership. After calling, I was connected with a representative about 45 minutes after my second call. I then had to provide a bank statement proving that I paid for the premium membership. Did they not have a receipt of payment? Anyway, it was roughly 2 pm when I finally got a driver. The driver was missing most of their teeth, smelled like an ash tray, and damaged my vehicle while loading. I wish I was done, but I'm not. Upon delivery, the driver approaches me about payment for the tow. I said "what are you talking about, AAA order the tow for me?" I then had to show the driver my membership card (which showed a premium membership, btw) as they had been told I would be paying cash. Never again will I use AAA. I had a car towed with clear instructions to drop it off in front of auto body business. The tow truck driver dropped vehicle off in the unlit parking lot of another business. it was damaged. When my girlfriend was finally able to get in touch with the Customer Relations Director she said " I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but there is nothing I can do. " It is almost impossible to get in to Midwest AAA. I was put on hold forever and I eventually talked to someone in Western New York who said its not our area, but I will try to get someone for you. she did thank God. Midwest Division has no way to file online complaint, and when I left a message for Customer Relations representative to find a way to send a complaint, she did not respond. Triple A hates veterans. Christiana Garcia was a horrible representative; I have never received such unprofessional service from someone. If you have a sound moral compass, never give this company any money. You will be repaid with the worse customer service possible and spend hours on the phone even in dire situations. I was told that my car was going to be towed, and then hours later, I received a call saying they had to cancel because they didn't have enough drivers. Was told to try tomorrow. Very unprofessional, and they didn't care. After spending hours on the phone, they kept transferring me and not caring. I have been AAA member for 30 yrs. Most years we never use their roadside assistance services. When we do it is almost always related to dead battery. I purchased a AAA Interstate battery in August of 2022. During a recent routine maintenance visit, the battery tested bad. I tried to call AAA this morning around 9:30 to ask about getting the battery replaced under the 3 yr warranty. It is impossible to speak with a human at AAA. Finally had to end up placing a roadside assistance call for battery service. I explained in the chat that I wanted to replace a AAA battery under warranty. The contractor assigned to the case called me enroute to my home and asked if I needed a jump. I explained that I did not need a jump .. but wanted to replace my AAA battery under warranty. He told me that his company did not provide battery service and that I needed to reach back out to AAA. I did reach back out to AAA and they again assigned the case to the same contractor. After then canceling the second attempt, I engaged in an extended chat with an agent who informed me that since we have moved from St Louis County to neighboring Jefferson County, there were no contractors that could provide battery service to my home. He 'thought' that 'maybe' a NAPA dealer would honor the warranty for a new Interstate battery. Calls to few NAPA dealers lead nowhere. I finally had to drive the car from my home a few miles to the Gravois Bluff shopping center in St Louis County a few miles from my home. I then initiated another call for roadside assistance and waited in the Wal Mart parking lot for about 45 minutes while another contractor was dispatched. When the contractor arrived he confirmed the AAA battery tested bad and quickly replaced it with another battery under the warranty. While I have no complaints with the contractor who replaced the battery .. the path that I had to take for this to happen was ridiculous. Once the warranty on this battery runs out .. I will likely be buying batteries at Wal-Mart. read more

On July 24 2020 my vehicle was disable in the middle of an intersection. I called AAA and was told they were dispatching a tow truck and would contact the police to help me. After an hour and no police or tow truck, I called again. I was told by the person on the phone that a tow truck was on the way. There was a truck that pass me by and I attempted to flag it down. But the dispatcher told me that was not my truck and it could not help me. The police showed up and I asked was he dispatched here. He said no, he saw I was disable and blocking traffic and wanted to help. Two hours had pass by and still no truck. The police had to have my car towed at my expense. It wasn't until almost 3 hours later before I received a text message from AAA about the tow. My car stopped at 8pm and I did not hear from AAA tow until 11pm My question is why am I paying for a membership when you won't honor the membership. So it cost me $120.00 for the tow. I have been a premium member of AAA for 27 years and the rare occasion I needed emergency service from AAA has proven to be a nightmare in that I now have problems I did not have prior to involving myself with AAA. In January 2023, my vehicle would not start and I had to do a lot of waiting over the course of a few days to obtain emergency service from AAA. There are no human beings to talk to and communication is via text message, which was not easy to experience in that they continually delay your wait a few hours all day. After waiting several hours, the first guy that showed up had a car, no tow truck, and only checked the battery, which was fine. He told me I had to call AAA back and wait again for a tow. I experienced the same thing and waited several hours for a tow truck driver. Finally, It was towed to a service station but they could not fix it and said to have it towed to the dealership. I walked to the service shop and waited for the tow driver to show up at the scheduled time and the text messages started coming in again announcing the delays. I could not sit there all day and wait so I gave a copy of my drivers license and AAA card to the shop owner to give to the tow driver and instructions of the dealer to tow it to. The tow truck driver called and said he could not tow it without me there. I had someone drive me to him and he took a copy of my drivers license and AAA card with the address where to tow the vehicle along with my 2 keys: a FOB key and valet key on one ring then towed the vehicle to the dealership for repairs. When the vehicle was finished with repairs, my valet key was gone and it was replaced with a Dodge Ram key. There are scratches and damage to my rear passenger side of my vehicle. AAA offered to reprogram my keys but the person who stole my key can still get into it, they just can't drive it. Due to Autos getting broken into in every neighborhood, re-programming the keys is unacceptable. It leaves me vulnerable to someone getting into my vehicle. This is unacceptable and my vehicle is not safe. The solution does not provide me with the security I had prior to AAA towing the vehicle. The Operation Manager, Brandon Hutchins was very nice to start with and said I could call him anytime but now is blocking my phone number and refused to respond to my calls because I won't accept the reprogramming of the keys. I asked him to find out what the tow driver did with my drivers license as identity theft is rampant but he ignored me and would not respond. I filed a police report and the officer agreed with me that this company is responsible for making me whole. The members service representative, Natalia, was then assigned the case, but she will not help resolve the issue to my satisfaction stating all they will do is re-program the keys. She refused to give me any information on who to contact in the AAA legal and management department stating I can hire an attorney and they can find that out. AAA Contracts out to St Louis Towing and I will be including them in a complaint and court case in that the tow truck driver should have given me my one key back and the copy of my drivers license and AAA card. I was vulnerable and trusting. I want my vehicle locks changed with new keys and the damage repaired. read more

The John H. household has been with Triple A for a long time. I like the 10% discount at hotels. I like the free paper maps. Most of all, I like the vehicle towing for any member of my household, even if they are just passengers in the distressed car. Since our young adult children drive long distances, and since our third and now fourth cars are not the newest, I have "premier" level, which includes four tows per year, one of them up to 200 miles. Recently, vehicle number four, the latest addition to the fleet, gave us an opportunity to test roadside assistance for the first time since 2010. I had set up Therese H. to deliver said vehicle to the daughter 200+ miles away, and I was traveling from another city to meet her at that destination, So I was grateful that AAA got a tow truck to her within an hour. And, since the breakdown occurred with Onyx H. the family dog in the backseat, I was doubly grateful that the driver allowed Onyx H. to ride in the truck. Absolutely Worthless. Said they would be there to tow my car in 1 1/2 hours. 11 hours later they finally show up. Previous call had a flat tire in the rain, said they were busy with the rain would be there in 1 hour, after 2 hours of sitting in my car in a parking lot at the airport, I got out in my suit and tie and changed the tire myself. They promised me a 1 year free membership for my troubles and now are reneging on that. Better to use any other roadside assistant provider than them. read more

I had no issues with the driver. AAA does not have a viable customer service system. They have recently started contracting out their tow services, and do not have enough contractors to service anyone in an adequate amount of time. Day's 2 and 3 of this incident were above freezing, with no precipitation. After the tow was completed, their automated service texted me to ask if I had a good experience and needed anything further. I requested to chat with an agent. The agent blamed the response time on the "winter storm" (an inch of snow). They said that it took them 3-4 days to fulfill the requests that needed the most assistance, and they were just now getting back to normal operation. I suppose they only have one tow truck and one agent contracted out to take care of services. That is the only reason I can see that they were unable to handle the volume for 5 DAYS, from an inch of snow. We will be switching to a different roadside assistance company. AAA has proven that they are unable to provide customer service, updates, or towing in a timely fashion. read more

Well... I've been an AAA member for more years than I can count, and have used the auto club for an occasional road service call and a way to buy great home and auto insurance, but it never occurred to me to use the travel service. We had an out-of-town guest who needed a map, so I thought I'd stop by the main AAA travel center off Hwy 40, and the service was SUPER-impressive. Nichole greeted us right away, gave us maps and some really terrific regional guidebooks (rather like the common man's version of the Michelin Guides--awesome!) and then mapped out several alternate routes for our guest. Best of all, this office has their finger on the pulse of where the heavy construction, road closings, and weather advisories are. This was a fast, friendly, functional way to spend a quarter of an hour. If you are an AAA member and have never used the travel service, you need to go! I don't think I'll ever plan a long road trip again without stopping by AAA Travel (you can also use their website for this, I'm told) to find out the best route with the least construction. Oh, and we used everything from Priceline to Trivago to rent a car for our friend, and NO ONE could even come close to AAA's price on a rental car. They do more than just had out maps -- they will even plan your international vacation for you! Definitely a hidden jewel for those of us who renew our auto club memberships year after year. I was handling a battery warranty issue this morning for a friend. I was expecting that it would get complicated, because I was not the owner of the car with the bad battery. However, the technician who showed up proved that I was wrong. His name was Darreon, and he made the whole experience very easy. Darreon was on time, very professional, and very skilled. He tested the battery and confirmed my suspicions that it was bad. He replaced the battery free of charge under the terms of the AAA warranty without any hassle. Darreon also discovered that the alternator was weak and needed to be replaced. I took care of that this afternoon. He also provided some fresh gas, because the fuel in the tank was getting low. I was very impressed with this young man and with the services he provided. If I ever need AAA again, I hope they will send Darreon. read more

AAA used to be a really great service. The last 2 times I had to call them for roadside assistance,they totally sucked! The automatic system they now use instead of human beings,takes FOREVER to get through, and when I was finally connected to a person, Both times I was connected to road side for Oakland CA!!!WTAF? My membership has been in MO for 10yrs!!!! They had to reroute me to assistance in MO and I spent 20 fn minutes just to get through. Both the individuals I spoke to were nasty little bots who definitely do not belong in a service position attending to members with broken down vehicles in 90° heat!!! You can't beat the extraordinary value you get from a a AAA membership. For about $10 a month (paid annually) you can get the Premier level which entitles you to tows of up to 200 miles, identity protection, and lots of other extras. The regular membership is around $60 I think. I've used their lockout, battery, and towing services several times over the years, and their technicians are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their response time is usually around 30 minutes (sometimes much less if a truck is nearby) and they work quickly. Their phone workers are superb and understanding, and they'll call you and/or text with an ETA. It doesn't even have to be your own vehicle, you just need to be there when the event occurs. So if you're riding with your brother, for example, and his car blows a tire or whatever, it's covered. My car's battery recently died, and I'm quite sure that it would've cost at least $150 or more at a shop, but AAA brought me a new battery and installed it for $110. An excellent battery (Interstate, which is the same as diehard and others) with 3 years of full warranty replacement and 3 more years of pro-rated coverage, nationwide. The tech tested my alternator and starter to be sure there weren't any problems with them too. There are also many, many discounts offered that I can't go into here. My wife and I have had the opportunity to use AAA twice in the last month. Once for a flat my wife noticed when she came out from the West County mall, and second for a dead battery at a winery in the MO wine country off 94. We were extremely impressed about the response time and the courtesy shown by the mechanics who came out. In both instances, they called us back to let us know exactly when they would be arriving and they showed up within 2 minutes of the anticipated time. They were extremely quick to address the problems and VERY courteous. In the past I have had to use AAA in the Chicago area and it was never this good. Once suggestion - make sure to call the St. Louis number, not the national hotline. We got stuck in a call loop for the national line and the people on it were less than intelligent. Once we got connected to STL AAA, we had no problems at all. Combined with the discounts (like at Six Flags, hotels, etc.) AAA is probably the best bargain to be had anywhere. read more

Called AAA to modify policy on June 27th since it was coming up for renewal on July 6th. Spoke to Paul Richards who was very nice and informative and had given me a quote that I was in agreement with. However, the ball was dropped when I had to make numerous calls to Paul with no answer and no return call for over a week. When he finally did call, it was to inform me that he had been immediately terminated and that another agent would be returning my call. Well, by now, I've already set up a new policy with Rhonda White. Of course whenever you end up talking to a different person, you always get different quotes. By it only being a difference of about $8, I was still ok with the policy. The forms were emailed to me in which I signed and sent back. The next day Rhonda calls me to tell me that my son had a ticket and that my policy would increase almost $100 a month. Since then and as of today August 3rd I've been trying to contact Rhonda and or her manager Leslie Hamilton who never answers her phone. I've sent an email with no response. It seems illegal to bill me for an amount I didn't sign for or agree to. This has been the worst customer service experience with AAA ever! And we've been with them since 2002, twenty years to be treated like trash! And I'm STILL waiting on a return call after leaving several voice messages and calling the corporate office!! read more

I don't personally have an Automobile Club Inter-Insurance Exchange policy but I was in an accident with one of their policy holders. The other person was at fought so I called them to report the claim, the call was short and straight forward followed by sending of pictures and receipts. Within 48 hours they called to tell me the claim was successfully processed and a check would be sent in 5-10 business days. The check arrived same week. On 05/01/22 called AAA Roadside Assistance Service in Florida to request a Towing Service to pick up my car from specified location and drive it to a Mechanic to get it fixed. Initial customer service stated service would be provided within 2 hours what made it 11 pm. 12 am on 05/2/22 I called back asking for update on my service call and customer service stated they now can not provide a service time. I ask if they can tell me what time I can expect a service to happen next business day and they said they do not know. I am told I can contract the service someone else and request a refund but when I request to que get the statement on writing with a case number I am being told I will not get one. So, how do I know I will be refunded for a service I am already waiting on receiving from AAA after being a full paid member of the Club? So, no money back, no service and not information on when I will receive my Emergency Roadside Assistance service for a call I placed 4 hours earlier. Can anyone see there is something wrong with this scenario? In a perfect world, I would love to get my service provided asap and FREE of charge on my membership due to the horrific customer service and lack of service to start with. I would never recommend or use AAA again. There was a dispute over some lost paperwork on their part. They billed me an amount as a result of them not having paperwork that showed I had an alarm system in my home. My insurance started in June, the following February they mailed me a letter saying that they didn't have the proper paperwork, which I then gave them a second time. They then billed me for the time they did not have the paperwork despite me giving them the proper papers showing that I had an active alarm system in my home to get the 10% discount. We fought them over this, but eventually gave up and called them to pay. When my wife called they gave her a different total and she even asked why it was different than the first amount they had called in due. The woman on the phone didn't know, but we paid and thought that was the end of it......until we got a letter in the mail in May saying AAA had cancelled the policy on our home effective on the date of the mailed letter. We didn't open the letter right away thinking it was junk mail from our insurance company. Upon finally opening the letter a week later we found our our home had been without insurance for two weeks! This was a random looking letter with nothing important looking about it at all. I called AAA and the two women I spoke to were very rude and condescending to me. They didn't come out and call my wife and me liars, but they said everything else. They said there was a balance on our account and they cancelled us for lack of payment. First, why didn't they let us know in advance? Second, why do it in a random letter? Third, we were on bill-pay....why not take the payment? After some long, heated conversations with a supervisor they finally agreed to listen to ALL the recordings for our account as they record every conversation to their office. When they called back you would have thought I was this woman's boss as her attitude had now changed, I was now a valued customer and she admitted there had been an error made when my wife made the payment. She apologized, and started our insurance back up....which I cancelled several days later when I transferred everything to Allstate. Being with AAA for less than a year was one of the worst business relationships I've ever had. I've never had a place treat me so poorly when they were in the wrong. And I'm terrified of what could have happened should something had happened to my house during the time they dropped my policy. AAA, you now have someone who tells everyone to stay away from you. my husband was marooned in the snowstorm on tuesday... he ran his car up over a median that was hidden in the snow on s. outer forty, and the car got stuck there at about 1:45 pm. he trudged over to a strip mall & called triple A for a tow. he doesn't own a cell phone - i advised him not to drive to his oral surgery appointment at 1:00 in chesterfield, since no plows were out - did he listen??? NOT! after all, he grew up in minnesota where there are 2 seasons: winter and the 4th of july. anyway, he found an edward jones guy - Hal - in the same strip mall who was waiting for rush hour to be over before he braved going home. the 2 of them spent several hours talking about politics, vitamins, edward jones, the economy.....until the tow showed up about 7:00 pm.... ....big, tall dude built like a brick dressed in osh-kosh overalls, short-sleeved shirt, no coat, & a gimmee hat....he lifted the camry off the concrete median with the tow truck, drove it around, & declared it to be road-worthy. considering that my husband's tow ticket # was 1,600 (the number of tows that day up to when he called) i thought they did very well. they were also very helpful when i called triple A about 4:00 pm to see if they had an ETA to get to him. coulda been waaaay worse! yes? and thanks, Hal, at Edward Jones on s. outer forty! dan got home about 8 pm......looooooong day! read more

The office is off the 64/40 and wasn't busy at all, and the guy manning the maps was super nice. They even have a nice little pocket map of the points of interest in St. Louis, which was super helpful when I first got to St. Louis and had no clue about what to do or where to go. read more

I was an auto policy and roadside assistance membership holder (one is required in order to have the other) with AAA for a long time. I followed my agent to AAA from another company because he was always excellent to deal with there and he continued to be an excellent agent at AAA. Having said that, I would recommend not dealing with this insurance company. Their price was good for the coverage that I had but I have no idea how they would have acted on my behalf if I had had a righteous claim to make. I do know however that the claims adjuster, however nice he might be, made a judgement call in the case of an incident last July in 2014 solely based on the information I gave him when I called to inform them of the accident from the scene and based on the police report that was made. I was never given the opportunity to describe in detail the events that had transpired in answer to the description being given by the other person who I truly believe was at fault in that case. Furthermore, my vehicle was never seen by the adjuster and hence no photos of the damage were taken and none of the physical evidence could be considered or was considered when making his final decision to pay the claim... a nice little contribution to the aggregate annual writeoffs AAA takes. What that has left me with, a 43 year old driver with a perfect driving record except for this nonsense, is a payout on my record for a claim I was never aware of in the amount of just over $3000 which effects my present day insurance rate and could even affect me in other ways as well since this country is compulsively attached to credit ratings and other types of things that can be used to stipulate what you can and cannot do, what you can and cannot have and basically what your social, civilian commodity value is. In conclusion, I would say that this company has damaged me. I would say further that even if a claim was inevitable I was not given the opportunity to go through a fair process that would consider my side of the story and take into account as I mentioned before the physical evidence that I had sitting here on four tires in my driveway for well over a month before I finally just repaired it because nobody could tell me anything except for my agent who did look in his system there at the office with me sitting at his desk and tell me that the incident showed up and that there was no payout. That showed in other words at that moment that the claim had been closed with no payout. The adjuster who handled that claim was just on the phone with me earlier, I called to ask about this and he even said that the information shown on my agents system was that the claim was closed with no payout... I wish somebody could tell me how the hell there is a claim with a payout now and I was completely unaware of it. If you have this company for insurance or other things that they offer, I hope your experience is a good one. And if it is a good one by all means stay with them but if it gets a little dodgy remember you read this and do not be slow to confront them and look at your options before you wind up like me, ass up with a corn cob stuffed in it. read more

Left my daughter on the side of the road last night December 26, 2015 for four hours operator was rude never got call back as to update had to call and find a AAA provider myself had to call and have that escalated when they didn't respond to call for help at 11:12 PM for my 19-year-old daughter sitting in a vulnerable spot in a rest stop we all know how dangerous that can be someone could've raped robbed or murdered her triple a has the excuse machine on all their mistakes completely blew this call they never even called after the total which came at 3 AM to see if the total was completed properly this was a complete debacle never use them again I am looking for some other company there as bad as Allstate motor club this is an embarrassment to AAA they should be ashamed of themselves read more

My car was vandalized and considered a (total loss) a couple months ago. During the courseof this happening I was dealing with my fathers failing health from cancer and it looked as if he was not going to make it through. Needles to say I put the issue with my car on the back burner. I was initially going to take the total on it and I explained my personal situation to the agent who was handeling my case her name is Pamela Scott ext 5358. This lady was absolutely amazing i bounced from going to total the car to buying it back. The amount of time and patience she gave me was amazing. Pamela was totally understanding to my situation that I was dealing with and was very understanding, helpfull and overall just a great person. Its rare these days for such a huge company to offer the great personal touch that you normally recieve from only smaller companies these days. I definetly was not treated just as another number with her and her company and thats why I will always talk up Pamela and AAA and I will always be a loyal customer. When I showed up to pay for my car I had a thank you written for Pamela with a $100 bill inside just to show my appreciation for all her work and kindness. She then wowed me again by emailing me thanking me but letting me know that it was company policy that she could not accept but then told me that it could be donated for charity so thats what I did. We had!!! AAA home owners insurance and made claim on our roof for 6200.00 or about that they only paid a portion around 3300.00 so we are on the hook to pay the remaining 2900.00 for an act of mother nature. I am now with All State and I hope that if I ever have to do a new roof it will be a better experience. I can see paying a deductible but to have a depreciation cost is not right. You have to have insurance and for what!!!! I am very upset that we had to be out so much money for something that was not done on our part. read more

7 weeks in to a claim. The agent has still not been able to retrieve a copy of the police report, though it's been available for several weeks now. She says "let's let the investigation progress" though she's unable to account for a single thing she has done toward that end. Nothing but dishonesty and delay tactics from this company from day one. read more

I had to deal with 3 different dispatchers today...# 1 was nice, sweet and was great to deal with, only problem, she had me in the wrong county. #2 , there are NO nice words to discribe how absolutely rude she was not only to me (the member) but the Highway Patrol. She would not listen when either of us tried to explain to her the county I was in (she had me north of Columbia, not north of Rolla.) There were 2 different SHP Troopers and she treated them horribly (don't even ask me how she treated me.) The 3rd claimed to be a supervisor and was almost as bad until Trooper #2 was finally able to explain to him that I was 16 miles north of Rolla...still called someone many more miles away and we had to wait. Total wait for tow from the FIRST call was 2 3/4 hours. I was very glad that I had contacted the SHP and requested someone since I was miles from any town, sitting on the side of the road. read more

Emergency Service is a 10PLUS. Sales people are a 10 but billing and payments are a ZERO. Never get bills correct, can't ever call in and get a fax number without being on hold for 30 minutes and nobody seems to be able to find a check that was mailed., online is a disaster and its a shame as the rest of Triple A is AWESOME! read more
