Lol more so we stored his things in it. We had a smaller size, he didnt have massive furniture except a China cabinet. We paid roughly $55 bucks a month. They have security and a lady on site 24 hours. She is super awesome. There were moments we were late cause of our pay weeks but she was amazing about it. I think we had the storage unit for maybe a half a year to a year. They tend to have deals all round. The place is well cleaned. The elevator they had that we used seemed a bit sketchy. Like I didn't want to over load it with muliple stuff cause I felt it wouldnt work. We ended up going with this location because it was literally next door to us. Convenient and affordable.

Furthermore, there are NO cameras in the halls of the non-climate controlled area, making it extremely easy for thieves to conceal their actions. In the case of the burglary to my unit, Management and Police have been unhelpful so far. Avoid all of the time and money spent getting your stuff back and rent elsewhere, at least at a place with cameras inside the facility.

It's not their responsibility to protect my belongings. It's mine. One of only two places I've rented from in 25 years that insists in this manner. If they want to protect their facility from renters then that should be baked into the rental fee, not forced as an add on through questionable business practices and privacy and PCI violations.

I reserved a 35' gravel space for $175.00 per month. When I arrived to drop it off I was directed all the way around and to a small gravel lot near a bunch of trees. I was assigned space G78. The space was covered with tree limbs that had to be moved before I attempted to back my trailer into the space. Myself and the gentleman from S&J moved the limbs and he headed back to the office. There was a trailer on one side and a massive RV on the other. I attempted a few times but decided rather than risk damaging my property or someone else's I would tell the gentleman who assigned me the space I wasn't going to be able to fit my trailer. He agreed the huge RV was parked at an angle and wasn't offering me enough room. He was looking for another space to assign me. He was on the phone for about 30 minutes and it was close to an hour before he assigned me G66. I was able to park my trailer and left it for a month. The gentleman I was dealing with told me he would credit me back the $25.00 Setup Fee I was charged when I reserved online. I received a confirmation their system telling me I had a -&25.00 balance on my account as a result of the credit. I picked up my trailer on May 29. There was still the $25.00 credit there until I sent an email and asked about it. The person who responded to my email changed the details in the account and removed the $25.00 credit. He told me: "We accommodated you - it is not our policy to give credit just because the guy next to the spot we assigned blocked your spot We immediately gave you another spot - who did you talk to - as no one other than the owner can give credit authorization - and this is not a situation where we credit you" Just don't bother! You can find a suitable storage facility that won't tell you one thing and then take it back. It's not about the $25.00. It's about a company who simply doesn't give a crap about the people who chose to patronize them. I was given a credit. After a month you took it away and removed it from my account.
