Mike Neal called her and asked how far behind was my brother (and she told him) in payments for his storage unit and when was the last day he could pay before it went to auction. When my brother had the payment called in, she acted as though she couldn't take it and wanted to know why this person is making the payment on behalf of my brother.

Under no circumstances should anyone store things at this location…read more 1. After a few months of storing our items in a temperature and climate-controlled storage unit, our items were covered with mold. After contacting the company, they sent a nasty email in response that boiled down to not our problem, speak to your insurance and that was the end of the conversation. 2. After dealing with a couple thousands in losses we give up fighting and go to get our stuff removed only for the parking lot, the road through the storage unit and all the sidewalks to still be covered in snow (almost a week after the snow) with out the appearance of even trying let alone salting anything causing dangerous sheets of ice at the entrances of doors. We had to park at a different business and walk to the business. It is so bad that we are having to wait for the snow to be gone before we can even attempt to remove the items, and most likely going to be charged another month for the unit in the meantime. 3. When we went into the office to talk to someone, the lady at the desk was watching something on her phone and giving us short answers while watching the video, not even bothering to turn it off, let alone turn it down. This place is absolutely not the place to store your items, especially if it is something you may need with any kind of urgency, or remotely care about any items you store there.

I strongly advise against using this facility- it ended up costing us far more than just the storage fee.
