It is so easy to do business with AAA. Requesting a quote online was easy. The quote was delivered within 48 hours. Our windows were (exceptionally well) cleaned within two weeks and payment was easy via a Venmo (or PayPal) barcode on their website. I wish all vendors were this easy to work with, timely and tech-savvy. We look forward to hiring AAA again. read more

Two guys from this company came to my house today and did an excellent job of washing my windows. The price wasn't low but it was fair.

Windows cleaned today--they look great. AAA put on booties before coming in without me asking. And, no problem wearing a mask at my request. They got right to work and the job gets done fast. In my experience, employees are always upbeat and on the mission! I love AAA. read more

If you use them, book early (ie September). They do a pretty nice job but this year (our second year with them) they had ladders against the house at 7:00 AM on a Sunday. Needless to say, the dogs (and soon there after this kids) were not pleased. No heads up, either. We'll likely try someone else next year. read more

Assessed for: routine gutter cleaning. Good: They come, they do their job, no fuss. Bad: communication. Not a single person at their office was nice or pleasant. They always seemed irritated. I never received a call or slip to say the work had been done, and I'm not physically able to look inside my gutters to check! I had to call the office for someone to tell me the work had been done. I have a very hard roof to cling on to and a lot of gutters. I got estimates from all sorts of companies and they were all really expensive. My neighbor recommended these guys and they did it for cheap, and a great job at that! I have TONS of deciduous trees surrounding my house and they were really clogging up everything, but not after these guys came. I later found out my mother has used them for a decade and she lives 30 miles away! HIGHLY recommended! read more

We have used these guys for years. They always do a great job cleaning our windows and gutters. They will clean inside/out windows and clear debris from our gutters. A previous review was upset that their wood gutters weren't oiled. Gimme a break. They wont do that unless you ask them to in advance and provide the oil product. read more

Air quality is very erratic and undependable. Communication pretty bad. Raise prices without discussing. When I call them to discuss my concerns, there was no effort to make me happy. read more

We have used AAA window washing services for many years, but when they came to wash our windows this year, instead of lifting a sofa to move it, they pushed it and as a result broke 4 wooden legs underneath. The worst was that they didn't tell us. We recently discovered it and had to pay $300 to have it repaired. We will not be using AAA services again. read more

My neighbor has AAA Sparking come every year. I called them after Thanksgiving and they came they next week although they were booked weeks in advance. Nice worker also took care of nailing back in a piece of wood that was too high for me to reach. read more

One of my neighbor recommended this company to clean gutter. Three men came and finished less than 10 minutes. First I thought it was a very quick job ... later I found out why. Their work was not only sloppy for they left debris on the deck and the steps, but also deceptive to the customer for the gutter wasn't emptied. OMG they didn't clean at all, I tried to fix the small hole on one of my gutter, so I climbed up my latter and saw the full of debris at least 1" thick. I took the pictures of them and sent to the office. They came back and cleaned them again. One of the guy was grumbling continuously how he is the expert on cleaning gutter for 30 years,,,, well if you did a honest job, you would not need to brag about your work experiences.... It was very uncomfortable to communicate with them. Bad experience, not trustworthy, won't hire again. read more

I have used these guys for many years and this year I found their window cleaning to be very poor. I had new windows installed and they couldn't even take the labels off them. Labels that I could peel with my fingers. read more

AAA Sparking did an excellent job. Our windows are totally clean. They handled all of our storm windows, and even a difficult to access window in an inaccessible part of our third floor -- the guy used his arm like a snake: amazing! The workers were polite and prompt. read more

They used to be fabulous. They did a great job at an attractive price but something changed, new owners perhaps (although there's still an Irish brogue). They now have more clients than they can take care of so you wait for months and months for a gutter cleaning even though we've been clients for 15 years. Last year, they called to say they were too busy and did we want to make other plans... really? Then when they showed up they wanted to increase the price by roughly 60%. I guess they really don't need the business. read more

We've used AAA Sparkling for almost 8 years for gutter cleaning. Recently, we hired them to clean the windows and had a horrible experience with one of their employees.. When they came to do the cleaning, this employee (blond hair) was both condescending (told me multiple times to consult my husband) and irritable. We had some of our windows sealed to keep out the cold and he refused to do them. When I requested that he do the windows that were NOT sealed, he berated me for not letting him go to another job "in Wellesley". He told me I insulted him from the very beginning. I had seemed apprehensive about letting them in the house since I had only hired them to do the outside. I think that offended him. I wish I could give them zero stars. read more

We've used them a few times in the past but maybe they've become a victim of their own success because I haven't been able to book them now. Called in the Spring to get the windows cleaned before putting in the AC's and they couldn't give me a slot for 2 mos. So now I called them in the Fall after taking out the AC's and their season ends soon so they can't schedule anything before the Spring. Time to find somebody else... read more

We used AAA sparkling for many years to clean and oil our wooden gutters. When we had a leak in our gutter on the south side of the house, we hired a roofer to replace the gutter and do some other minor roof repair. When our roofer looked at all the gutters he told us that most of our gutters were rotting because they had not been oiled in years. It's time to find a new gutter cleaner. read more

Based on good reviews here and elsewhere we hired to clean out our gutters. Charge was reasonable and they came within 2 weeks. However, work appeared to be sloppy and we continue to have overflowing gutters. Called to have them come back out. I realize with bad weather they are backed up but no word yet on whether they've come or will come to see if debris is still in gutters. Not impressed and won't hire again. read more

Unfortunately, after reading good reviews, I hired AAA Sparkling Window& Gutter Cleaning to clean the gutters (presumably that's supposed to include downspouts) on my 3-family house. First of all, they sent only one man who was here for not more than half an hour. He got up on my roof by placing a ladder in one spot and dangerously climbed around on my very pitched roof without a harness of any kind and with a leafblower in one hand. I heard the leafblower going- off and on- for a total of about 10 minutes. As I was in my attic, which has a roofdeck cut into the roof, I could see this man as he came around the back and hung onto the outside of my roofdeck railing with one hand, while blowing leaves out of the gutter with another. A lot of the leaves ended up on my roofdeck and he didn't clean up any of the leaves he blew. I was very relieved that he finished without falling off the roof. After he left (without a word that he had finished), I went out on my roofdeck to see the back gutter, which was the only gutter visible to me. There were 2 to 3 inches of water sitting in one side of the gutter - from one corner to approximately the midpoint. A week or two later, when the water finally disappeared, I saw that there were large deposits of caked wet leaves in that portion of the gutter, so obviously this man did nothing but blow out the dry leaves and certainly didn't clear the downspouts. He left me a bill for $240, when I had been quoted $220. I called to complain and was told that they'd come back and that my bill would be reduced to the original $220. I was also given excuses, like maybe my gutters weren't tilted right, etc..... but is that supposed to be a reason not to put your hand in and take out the wet leaves and check to see if the downspout was blocked? Forward a few weeks - I just got a 2nd bill for $240, and I can see that there are still leaves and debris in the corner where the gutters meet and the corner downspout is. I will send them their $220, but will certainly never hire them again. And I wonder if the positive recommendations are due to the fact that most people can't see into their gutters when the job is done. Also, most gutter cleaners move the ladder around the house and work off the ladder, which is much safer. read more
