Both Kelly and we invested a good amount of time discussing a potential vacation trip to Mexico. Kelly promised to email us particulars within the next day or in two days at most. About six weeks later, we still have never heard another thing from her. Hopefully she is not terribly sick or passed, but if not, she would hardly inspire us to put our time, money, and more in her hands if she is unwilling or incapable of carrying through. Back in July 2020 I contacted Eric to book a cruise for the fall of 2021 with friends. He answered all my questions about that cruise line, which I had never sailed with before, and provided details that my friends (who had cruised that line before) were unaware of. We unfortunately all canceled that cruise but I have since booked two other dream destination cruises with Eric, one for 2022 and the second in 2023.
