Pam has been my personal travel agent for 21 years! My very first travel booking with her was for my honeymoon in Cancun in 1991 when she first started her career. Since then she has helped me with my travel to Club Med in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, a Caribbean cruise, a Mexican Riviera cruise, an all-inclusive trip to St. Lucia, another one in the Riviera Maya, Mexico and a few other shorter trips. My Family and I decided to take a last minute trip to Hawaii within the next 30 days. I called many Travel Agencies which all said they would call me back within 30-40 or next day (which never did) since I hadn't heard from anyone I was ready to give up. I found Pam thanks to previous yelp reviews and just wanted to echo what other reviewers have said - more than anything you are usually booking a trip later than you should be and Pam works fast. When I started working with her I was convinced I wanted to go to an all-inclusive in the Caribbean and she worked with me for a week to understand the various needs for three families with children of different ages and make and refine recommendations. Then I did a complete about face after seeing an Aulani Hawaii advertisement and she seamlessly switched to making arrangements for that hotel for the holidays and within 24-hours it was booked. I emailed her questions about resort facilities and transportation both before holiday and while on holiday and she researched all of them and got back to me promptly.
