They did a great job cleaning my kitchen and bathroom - she got my toilet cleaner than I thought possible and was able to explain the reason for the light discoloration that couldn't be gotten rid of (which was very helpful). The other cleaner (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) did an amazing job on my microwave (another tough one). She also went above and beyond even offering to clean the floors in the areas they worked in where she worried she may have made them messier - I really don't think it was possible to make them messier, but I took her up on her offer and she did a great job. My floors are beautiful but very difficult to clean, so I was very impressed - no streaks! She was also very conscious of not "overstaying her welcome" (for lack of a better phrase).
