Where do I start???! We called this company at 5:30pm and were told a taxi would be 25 minutes. At 6:05 we were told 20 minutes. At 6:30 we were told 10 minutes. Taxi arrived at 6:40 FINALLY. We are going to Seattle. The dispatcher is in the passenger seat of our taxi and we can hear her on the phone telling people it will be 20 minutes for a pickup, but our destination is an hour away. AND THEN they pull into a gas station and ask for us to front them $10 for gas!!! What taxi company doesn't have gas money??! It doesn't help that they showed up in the junkiest mini van ever, the side door doesn't open so we have to crawl through from the front passenger door. They said they were in an accident earlier but why wouldn't you take your car out of commission and stop taking new rides? 100% do not use this taxi company. It seems as if they are trying to run a 2 person team and they do not know what they are doing. I came so close to getting out of the car at the gas station and calling another company. read more

Revised review as of 12-4-2012. I called this company to request a cab at 6:38 am. I needed to catch a shuttle bus to the airport that was leaving at 7:25am. They told me the cab was in Everett and available and would be there shortly. The cab did not get to my place until 7:20am: more than 40 min after I called for it. The driver had actually been on a fare in the deep reservation in Tulalip. I called the taxi dispatch line to let them know that they need to improve their communications with their taxis. The supervisor was very rude and argumentative. I suggested that they call their drivers when dispatching to ensure that they are where the computer says that they are, and he said that they didn't call taxis: it was against their policies since they use computer dispatching. I highly recommend that this cab company be avoided, due to poor internal communication, bad discipline, and most importantly very poor customer service. read more

I would never use this taxi company. I was running late for the airport and he said he would pick me up in 15 minutes. Now 45 minutes later still a now show and I missed my flight. This has cost me a change fee for my flight and an extra day of parking at the airport at the other end of my flight. read more

I have an aging mother in Everett, I live several states away. We live in a world of Uber and Lyft; ok fine. The world is what it is, technology and business march on. Both online services have issues with quality control. So do taxis, again, thats life we've all had a bad cab ride, just like we've all had a sketchy Uber/Lyft ride.... Up in Everett, I have had real mixed experiences w/ online ride hailing. Sorry, but five out of six of them, it seems like they are right off the boat, with poor command of English, AND they don't respond to texts/calls. Any ride my mother needs ISN'T going to be a Charger, Camaro or any other weird "ride" and I need to be able to reliably text them instructions. There are general issues with taxis in Everett, what THAT looks like to ME is it is hard to successfully hail them remotely by PHONE. You see, the dispatch offices aren't set up for credit. Both Yellow Cab and Orange cab are unable to deal with this. AAA Taxi CAN. I got a feller Mikhael L return my call. HE took credit cards remotely, AND he drove my mom from her housing to he Verizon store, and hung out and helped her pick up the phone I'd arranged for her. He then drove her home, and SET UP HER VOICEMAIL (VZ had forgot to do it). The guy was AWESOME, a class act A to Z; and he drives a perfectly normal car my mother can deal with. The first time I called for a cab with this company, the driver was 25 minutes late, and I needed him to get me to an appointment. Lucky I'd asked him to arrive earlier than necessary! When we got there, the driver could not take any credit cards - even though I'd specifically requested dispatch to send me a car who could, since I had no cash and it was an emergency doctor's appointment thing. He insisted on driving me to the nearby Safeway so I could get money to pay him... and I was so uncomfortable that I let him. I called a second time for a cab the next time I had an appointment, thinking that surely not every car in their line failed as hard as the first guy and their rates had been reasonable. Dispatch asked for my cell phone number in case they needed to contact me when they arrived, but since they'd done so the first time too I didn't think anything of it. Cab Guy number two repeatedly asked invasive questions the whole ride, including insisting on knowing WHY I was going to the doctor, why there was another girl living with me, why I wasn't exercising much (I'm a curvy woman), and other questions that were none of his business. Then, a few days later, he actually called my cellphone to ask how my doctor's appointment went! I think he was trying to chat me up, but I'm not sure, because it was so bizarrely awkward and as soon as he started asking I gave him a lecture on now inappropriate it was. I called dispatch to tell them what their driver had done, but they were completely uninterested. Ladies in particular should avoid this company, but I don't suggest it for anyone! read more

i don't know what these negative reviews are about... this guy is down to earth , flexible and quick. he answers his phone. . which no other cab companies i called in the everrett marysville area did.....i'm not sure how. people can have so much trouble getting a cab ride .. i like this guy right away on the phone he struck me as a real fellow... plus he got me to sea tac quicker than sh@# people are spoiled and want something for nothing is all i can say about the negative persons here. this guy is no more expensive than nayone else who i got quotes from. ...thanks mike. will call you again. when im back in town. this cab was a godsend and easy.... user friendly flexible. cool! thanks again. read more

Can't not give this any stars no show at all OMG I was better off I called Uber which they came right on time with no issues my service and friendly and I read some of the complaints and they do have nice cars not where you have to climb out of a seat and they never asked me for money for their gas what a joke I will never call this place again no customer service read more

I was picked up on time, drive was fine. I confirmed with company the day before that they took American Express. Arrived at airport at 5am and the driver has no idea how to run my card. she agrees to come to my house when I am in town to collect the cash. The driver calls for the next two days asking for the money adding $10 intrest a day. I call American Express they explain to me how this cab company is running the card wrong. I get on the phone with the manager of cab company give him my card # and instructions on running. I was told card still didn't go through. Cab driver comes to my house the next day pissed picks up cab fair + interest in cash. Then checking my Amex account the company also charged the card $160! The cab driver said she could charge me with a felony when I asked for the cash back! WTF! I called the manager of the company who said he'd refund it tomorrow. Also interestingly my corporate card also now has 5 other unauthorized charges now. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! read more

I reserved a taxi the night before to get me back to the airport. I was told that they needed a credit card to make my reservation. I stated I planned to pay with cash and they said ok and that my taxi was confirmed. Morning comes and no taxi. I call and the driver says he was not informed of this reservation but he would be there as soon as possible. He gets there and states they only take cash which makes me wonder why they claimed they needed my credit card info for a reservation. He also told me some other things that makes me wonder if the person making my "reservation" had fully intended to leave me stranded from the beginning. The driver did his best but did not get me to the airport in time and I spent the rest of the day and late into the night trying to get home. Needless to say I was and still am deeply disappointed in this so called business. If I had the option of less than one star, AAA Taxi would most certainly get it!!! read more

I would give this service zero stars if that was an option. First off, the service told us it would take 20 minutes for a driver. An hour later we call back. "Oh they're on there way, be there in 20". Really ??, you said that an hour ago.... So we wait. The driver finally gets there and he decides what "his" best way to my house is what "he" thinks is best. Well, I've been going to my house for over 3 years. I would think commuting from skagit and back every day I would know the fastest route. The driver complained that going on highway 9 would "take more gas". Well I'm sorry the "slower" route takes more time. Therefore, you can gain more time and money in your trip. I didn't appreciate it. In addition to this, our driver was complaining about speed limits and how "fast" he drives. He couldn't sit still. Honestly, I thought I would have been a better driver with my own car than paying for a service that took over an hour-plus to get there. read more
